The location was ideal for my trip. Easy access to the highway and tolls I was able to get around fairly easy and felt pretty central to Allen and downtown Dallas area. I enjoyed that there was an indoor pool my room smelt clean and fresh the staff was friendly and accommodating to my needs. The price of the hotel was very reasonable considering you get an indoor pool and hot breakfast. Breakfast included danish pastries, oatmeal, yogurt, waffles, sausage patties, scrambled eggs, ham egg cheese croissants, cereal, toast bagels boiled eggs.

Everything was greatly I would say maybe a better mattress but it was still very soft I prefer firm.

A comfortable place at a fair price. Complimentary hot beverages 24/7! Good swimming pool.

The gym did not look very appealing and smelled bad.

The hot breakfast was great with quite a few options even for vegetarians. The location of the property is also pretty convenient.

I was charged parking fees for my car when the huge parking lot was more than half-empty. It was in single figures but this is the first time I have paid for parking at a hotel which is not even located in a busy and conjusted place like downtown so that was definitely a downer for me!

Great location. Clean comfortable room. Good coffee.

Only one elevator which concerns disabled visitors like my wife. No disabled rooms were available at short notice booking (our fault). Room above us was testing the floor but again I can't fault the property for that.

Breakfast was well stocked with a variety of foods.

Rooms were clean but outdated in style. Carpet was worn by the door to room. Some tile in bathroom floor were cracked.

Breakfast was better than other hotels Staff was friendly and rooms were very clean.

Only issue issue is why they charge 3.00 for parking.They didn't get my license plate or make of vehicle so basically most just parked

The complimentary breakfast was much better than we expected although many things were gone by the time we went down. Despite this, quality was better than I had expected. Staff is extremely nice and friendly. Really helpful, make you feel comfortable. Rooms very fairly clean and comfortable. Price is very good for what you get.

A little smell in the hallways and in the room. Nothing terrible, but a smell.

Paying $3 to park a night. My hotel key didn’t work it took about 15 minutes for someone to show up at the front desk to help me. The smoke alarm beeped all night long. Position of the smoke alarm was right over the bed!
