The location was ideal for my trip. Easy access to the highway and tolls I was able to get around fairly easy and felt pretty central to Allen and downtown Dallas area. I enjoyed that there was an indoor pool my room smelt clean and fresh the staff was friendly and accommodating to my needs. The price of the hotel was very reasonable considering you get an indoor pool and hot breakfast. Breakfast included danish pastries, oatmeal, yogurt, waffles, sausage patties, scrambled eggs, ham egg cheese croissants, cereal, toast bagels boiled eggs.

Everything was greatly I would say maybe a better mattress but it was still very soft I prefer firm.

The hot breakfast was great with quite a few options even for vegetarians. The location of the property is also pretty convenient.

I was charged parking fees for my car when the huge parking lot was more than half-empty. It was in single figures but this is the first time I have paid for parking at a hotel which is not even located in a busy and conjusted place like downtown so that was definitely a downer for me!

Great location. Clean comfortable room. Good coffee.

Only one elevator which concerns disabled visitors like my wife. No disabled rooms were available at short notice booking (our fault). Room above us was testing the floor but again I can't fault the property for that.

Breakfast was well stocked with a variety of foods.

Rooms were clean but outdated in style. Carpet was worn by the door to room. Some tile in bathroom floor were cracked.

The complimentary breakfast was much better than we expected although many things were gone by the time we went down. Despite this, quality was better than I had expected. Staff is extremely nice and friendly. Really helpful, make you feel comfortable. Rooms very fairly clean and comfortable. Price is very good for what you get.

A little smell in the hallways and in the room. Nothing terrible, but a smell.

Breakfast was better than other hotels Staff was friendly and rooms were very clean.

Only issue issue is why they charge 3.00 for parking.They didn't get my license plate or make of vehicle so basically most just parked

Paying $3 to park a night. My hotel key didn’t work it took about 15 minutes for someone to show up at the front desk to help me. The smoke alarm beeped all night long. Position of the smoke alarm was right over the bed!

The breakfast was exceptionally good and Travis did a great job managing a contrary customer who was unhappy about not being able to get coffee out of the pump dispensers. She was loud and obnoxious but Travis kept cool, talked to her softly and even offered to go in the back and make her some coffee. He did a great job of keeping the situation from escalating and his willingness to go out of his way to be helpful was the only thing that kept the other guests in the dining room at the time from being very uncomfortable. Travis is to be commended!

There was no microwave in the room and the refrigerator was off when we arrived. Not only that but we had to keep pushing a little button to keep the refrigerator on. Have stayed in other rooms that were less expensive but had the convenience of a microwave in the room and a good cold refrigerator ready to put out cold items in as soon as we arrived.

Breakfast was not good but service was great!

The lady that first waited on us I could not understand her accent was too strong and she first said we did not have reservation but the lady working with her took over and it went well from then on😀

Breakfast was great and so was the room. Next time I'll stay on 3rd floor because all i heard was stomping on 2nd floor while trying to sleep.

The inside pool was freezing cold
