Had a brilliant two nights at SpringHill Suites by Marriott (although there are two hotels with very similar names, within a 10 min drive, and we tried to check in the other one first!). The hotel was extremely clean, tidy and well presented. Comfy beds and great ameneties. Could even log in to our Netflix account on the TV for a bit of chill time after a busy day. Lovely bar area and breakfast was very good. There was a bag of goodies for my husband's 60th in the room, which was such a lovely, and thoughtful gesture 😊 30 min drive to Downtown Dallas. Would definitely return and highly recommend.

The staff was fantastic! I also loved the modern design of the rooms. The entire property was VERY clean and well maintained. If you are traveling with a family, the trundle bed was very comfortable compared to an original fold out sofa bed.

The road noise and a flashing light in the room coming from the smoke detector. We were in one of the end rooms right off the highway and it was very loud. There was also a flashing light in the hotel room directly in front/above the bed that flashed all the time. It was very distracting while trying to sleep in the dark room. Next time, I would just ask for a room at the other end of the building to avoid the highway noise.

Everything, roomsize was excellent, the pullout sofabed accommodated our son and the queen beds were comfortable and spacious. Nice contemporary designer rooms too, exceptionally clean and exceptionally friendly check in and bar staff!

One staff lady felt the need to approach our college students and lecture them and us about their age (over 18 and non of them were drinking, even though this would have been at our discretion anyway!). She was just unpleasant and a nuisance but the bar staff and manager made a point to apologize for her behavior and even offered us free drinks.

Didn't have a lot of options for TV stations. We tried to get a college football game on TV and had to use my IPAD instead. I couldn't even send streaming to their TV. Chair by table was like sitting on cardboard. I booked with Marriot using booking.com. Marriott wouldn't give me points unless I booked directly with them, but then it was $9 more.

it was amazing! SpringHill suites by Marriott is an amazing hotel! it was in a good neighborhood and the hotel just felt like home. I love the simple and classy design and the spacious room. I had a junior suite and it was such a lovely stay! The breakfast is very good and changes daily! Staff is very friendly!

The only thing I can think about is that there is no restaurant. The hotel does have a bar where snacks can be ordered but closes 10 pm. However it didn’t change the fact that I enjoyed my stay!

The beds were comfortable the room was clean and the staff were very friendly! The pool was clean.

Their breakfast was not all it looked to be, my son opened a rotten carton of chocolate milk. But the rest of the food was very fresh, I just wish they had the little quiches offered like shown on the pictures. Maybe we just didn't come on that day. Overall our stay was very good!

We had the best time in Dallas, and staying in Springhill Suites/Marriott was great and convenient. The staff were friendly and courteous, Courtney the bartender was awesome, we stayed there a week and had drinks every night and was graced by her pleasant company. The receptionist on duty were accommodating with all our requests. I would recommend staying there if visiting Dallas.

Breakfast was POOR. Not many alternative food from the basic unhealthy American diet. High sugar and fat content in most of the items. I had to eat only oatmeal both mornings.
