I chose the hotel because it was the lowest price close to where I had to be. I only needed a place to sleep and shower, and recharge equipment. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The receptionist was very helpful. The microwave, refrigerator and freezer were nice bonuses. I would definitely stay there again.

There was no wheeled cart available to carry luggage to room. I had to carry a heavy ice chest, and I'm 66 years old and have a bad back and knees. The top hinge on the shower door was loose, forcing me to lift the door handle to close it. Soap supplied, but no shampoo.

The night staff was amazing like always very friendly and polite and he always goes over and beyond for his customers.

They don't serve breakfast. The way we had to get our things via cart was a night mare do to there is only one way to get to elevator and ramp to getting stuff from car to cart then to room. That was frustrating and is only because of the way hotel was designed and accessibility to elevator. Also the ice machine was broke.

The comforting bed.

The rooms are not made available with an individual microwave over. All guests must walk to the main lobby to use the only microwave on premise which is so frustrating. Another frustration is that each room does not include an ironing board and iron. As a business traveler, keeping my work attire looking crisp and professional is important and I should not have to travel with an iron and/or board for that matter.

The new upgrades. And the comfort of the location of the rooms they put me in. They are spacious and colorful which brings a sense of energy of productivity and inspiration. They have a smoking session upstairs and a non smoking down stairs. You can not smell any smoke in the rooms down stairs which caters to the restful comfort of the visitors.

The customer service representative working night shift on May. 6th 2023 was rude. I asked was there any sitting area or could I use a seat to seat outside briefly. He responded aggressively mumbling. Then asked if they had disability accommodations he immediately gave detailed information on the sitting area by the swimming pool I could get to. Once outside I must say it was beautiful AND covered sitting area that I feel catered their visitors comfort.

the city didn’t open the pool in time of our stay and the elevator was not in order at the time of our visit and stay but I can the staff made this property look good because of their honesty and hospitality for me and my family as customers and I wouldn’t mind staying at this property in the future because of their kindness and understanding with me as a customer and they have wonderful customer service….😇

Well as you may know from my last review. I didn't have a refrigerator in my room. But this time I did and they put me in one of the rooms that got renovated. And it looks wonderful.

The only thing that I didn't like was. I know they are remodeling all the rooms. And the construction company have all their things in the hallway and the fumes from the paint is very strong. But I feel like they should put away their stuff when they get done.

Although it is pre warned the noise is a bit annoying and the smell of Marijuana upon entering , I did enjoy it enough to re book.

Clean and convenient for the price and short stay I needed.
