It's nothing I didn't like! Missed meeting an opportunity to meet someone, but we will be back! Very soon. Room 331 is very nice. Don't understand what's up with the thumb tack holes on the ceiling above walking into the kitchen. The closet door handle was nearly broken. Lovely 24-hour gym with all brand new equipment. All workers had high productivity professionalism about themselves. The chef in the kitchen does an amazing job with the setup. Everything was hot, fresh, clean, plenty for all. They make sure anyone booked is fed even with having a walk-in kitchen inside the rooms with everything needed to cook for yourself. They have things guest can borrow free of charge. The location is great for a walk/jog. Safe place to stay. Look like condos, more of an apt feel setting. When walking in, you can smell how clean the place is.

That I didn't get to say goodbye.

I appreciated the free breakfast each morning. This was a long trip in the Dallas area, so having one meal taken care of was nice. The hotel is off of a main road, but still quiet.

The only negative I have is the front desk was out of quarters for the laundry facilities when I needed to use it.

The location was great! The room was ok. I am glad it included all that we needed.

I did not have any huge dislikes. We were on the 2nd floor and the person above us was stomping around is my main complaint and the person next to us started smoking marijuana which smells horrible.

It was clean and the location was nice! we had a corner room and it was the perfect size for my party group! there was a kitchenette which was nice too. there was free breakfast with an okay selection including jimmy dean sandwiches and little Belgian waffles as hot options and cereal, toast, bagels, oatmeal as other options

at night the hallways would smell of weed for a bit and the room itself had an odd odor to it that would usually dissipate over time then somehow return later.

The breakfast wasn't not good at ALL!!! This hotel has to remember that everyone doesn't eat pork. When you come to a hotel like this and have to eat an egg omlette and that's all you could eat because there is no meat that you can eat isn't real good. In 2023 you have to know that Jewish and Muslim people come to your place and we are left out. You must purchase Turkey and/or beef sausages or bacon and Halal food.

The AC was a little complicated to use

Adults cannot sleep well on the couch, but it is suitable for children

That we could take our pets and not worry about them.

Had to have a second floor with a bad back stairs and long halls not good!

Everything was great.

There was only 2 washers and 1 dryer that actually worked and available for the whole place. The washer took a little longer then we wanted.

The staff was very helpful and professional.
