Absolutely love the front desk staff members who were extremely accommodating and concerned about my family and I having a nice stay. Darius was absolutely exceptional! It was a amazing stay for my family and I and I will definitely be a returning customer!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They were all so kind. I arrived tired from a day on the road and was greeted with such a warm smile that my mood immediately improved.

It was a cute property. Very clean. The bed was comfortable.

There was a loud noise that sounded like a motor of some kind. Thank goodness the air conditioning was on so I couldn’t hear it most of the time. I was on the 4th floor so maybe a unit above.?

It’s in a quiet location within Frisco and the rooms are always well-kept and maintained. I stayed here twice over the span of a month.

Perhaps not an issue caused by the hotel and may be on behalf of Booking.com but I checked out a day early and was still charged the full amount even though I received an email with the reduced price. I asked the front desk and they said they’re unable to fix the charge since it was made on Booking.com but I use this app exclusively for all of my hotel stays while traveling and have left earlier than planned in many hotels without issue. It seemed to be a problem here so not sure what happened but the team is generally friendly.

I like the staff the most… I thought customer service was dead until I came here. The room was clean dead silent. Texas. Shaped. Waffles.

I know they are about to renovate, and are probably going to fix the little things, but some sort of shade by the pool would make a world of difference. This room is an accessible room, so it makes sense that the mattress would be extra firm. It was too firm for me, but I get it.

Everything was nice and clean. The lobby smelled amazing. Very refreshing everytime you open the door.

The hot tub was not hot enough.

The cleanliness of the room was absolutely amazing. The room was very roomy ,but cozy at the same time. Plenty of towels and the amenities were superb.
