I love how clean and welcoming this Hampton Inn was. Their staff is awesome and the rooms were so nice and extremely clean as I like. My husband and I stayed for New Years and they welcome us with champagne and snacks. We live 8 minutes away in frisco but didn’t want to be that far from the show in Grandscape. It definitely exceeded our expectations

Convenient location for our stay, large accomodating room and bathroom, full length mirror is a plus in any hotel, cean and nice feel, loved the noon checkout, and the breakfast being until 10. Much nicer than expected for the price point.

Employees were so sweet!
Not allowed to change setting on A/C - we like to sleep with the fan on, also the light in the sink area flickered pretty much the whole stay.

The location is wonderful and for the staff was VERY attentive and responsive. I didn’t have breakfast but it smelled wonderful (caught a whiff when I was checking out). I will definitely stay here again.

I like really cold rooms but it's cool. But not really cold enough for my liking.So I usually have to bring my own fan.

Everything was wonderful. Rooms were clean. Hotel was clean. Breakfast was good with lots of different options daily. Will stay again. Will be my hotel of choice whenever I come To Texas to visit family.

Conditioner not filled up and wash cloths not refilled after cleaning session Overall good stay. The rooms need fans in them. We had it on 65° and still burnt up

Lamp was broke in room, not sure if they fixed it but I did let them know when we left for the evening to explore
