The first thing that I love was the swimming pool, perfect temperature the water. My room was very comfortable, the bed felt comfy. The location connects with restaurants, super markets, and the Granscape.

The lady who was at the reception is weird, she was talking about my room with somebody else by phone, then when I went to the parking and she was taking a photo of my car, scary!!.... the other 2 guys at the reception were awesome.

the room was very spacious and clean and I like that there was an elevator.

the breakfast was not very good at all. the hot tub and pool were shut down with no warnings.

The main entrance is not locked at night and they don’t check if people entering the hotel are real customers. We were coming back at 12am and nobody noticed

I'd originally tried to book at Lewisville location and they thoroughly failed to answer my questions. I cancelled my reservation and booked with you. You exceeded my expectations in EVERY WAY!

There was nothing where you failed to deliver anything but excellent service. I used to work in customer satisfaction research - so I know excellence when I experience it. Thanks!

It was quiet.loved the pool and spa.breakfast had variety.staff nice helpful.cooler didn't work 1st night they brought a fan up work good.next morning told them and had it fixed within 10 mins.

I didn't elevator being broken.had to go to 3rd floor.

The breakfast was amazing. Staff went above and beyond for my daughter who got a terrible sunburn on her face at her soccer games, they found someone on our own team to bring us some oil to help. Would absolutely stay here again.

We had a few problems. But they were able to make some changes, and were very pleasant and professional in solving each and every one. I just wish our guest were able to enjoy the indoor pool and hot tub and I wish we could have used the conference room to play games. It was raining most of our 3 day stay.

The bathroom was well kept and stocked with towels. Very comfortable bed.

Parking can be slim. I don’t want to do homework for a review lol I didn’t dislike much.

The room size was very large and spacious. This allowed me to work in peace while my spouse relaxed in bed. The kids loved the hot breakfast that was served every morning.

My internet on my phone and hotspot kept dropping as the reception was spotty. There weren't many kids channels on the TV and the ones that showed on the guide could not be reached.

It's so clean and the free breakfast. Really nice place.
