I liked the location it was close to where our event was located. The facility was clean very nice room I will use them again in the future.

The way the check in person looked at my partner when he walked in he is a black man she was not smiling at us not sure if she was afraid of black people but this is a place where all nationalities rent. She needs to be friendly to ALL.

The breakfast was very good and substantial, a good value! It was very convenient to have that right on site. The big maps of local sites etc you could pick up in lobby were helpful. Very convenient location for our purposes, near a number of eateries too.

In-room coffee site didn’t have a variety of types of coffee, and we had to request those.

Staff and cleanliness were exceptional.

2 ice machines on 2 floors were not working and I heard they had been out. When I checked in I specifically asked where ice machines were. I should have been told it wasn’t working. However when I called down at midnight she offered to get ice for me. I thought that was excellent.

The location was great there were all kinds of restaurants around. Our room was very spacious. It had a great view. We will be staying there soon.

Everything was great no complaints. The breakfast needs some work but I’m not complaining.

When we got in the room you could tell the bathroom had not been cleaned well. There were empty bottles on the shower floor the toilet apart looked like it has been used it was not nice and folded.

I want to thank the hotel manager for resolving the booking issue I had upon my arrival, and for being very patient about the situation. The front desk staff was also amazing with all of their help and friendliness!

Very friendly staff. Clean and tidy room. Walking distance of food and a shopping complex.

Breakfast was meant to close at 9:30 but they started packing up at 9:15 which was disappointing cause I came in at 9. No soap holder in the bathroom for the soap bar.

Front desk person was awesome. Due to weather a no electric in the surrounding areas, she was busy but very professional and pleasant.

No free coffee in the lobby in the morning.

I love how neat and private this place is. Beautiful, neat and serene environment
