I was pleasantly surprised by how spacious and comfortable the room was and was perfectly suited to my party. The kitchenette was lovely, as was the breakfast. The staff was best of all, incredibly helpful and kind.

If I had to mention something it would be the noise of the ac unit, it was quite loud when the fan kicked in.

Overall, it was a great stay. It was close to amenities and business centers, and it was about a 25-30-minute drive from DFW International Airport. Highly recommended for individual and groups

Some washing machines and dryers were out of order... breakfast was a little repetitive...

Loved the weekday social. Sauce was delicious! Breakfast was ok. Glad there was a few options. Hotel was clean and very nice. Loved the outside area. Staff was friendly and nice. Loved the room. Design of room and hotel very nice.

Staff did not speak English, hard to get needed items sometimes. Pool was closed and I don’t know why. Website said there was an inside pool but there was not. Breakfast bacon was really greasy.

Breakfast is excellent, the rooms are awesome, the AC/Heat work really well. The tall shower head is the bomb, and the mini kitchen with the large fridge is perfect.

I have no complaints.

The housekeepers only came in to remove trash and leave few towels. They didn’t vacuum, nor clean the toilet bowel nor bathtub. I had to ask them several times to get it clean. Also, they put me in the lower level next to the door that everyone came in and exit through, i was annoyed by the loud sound it made.

The location was perfect close to food and shopping, large rooms and a nice patio area with swings

This has happened to me twice through Booking. Booking over books customers at hotels? You have no knowledge of it until your arrival at the hotel. The manager at the Staybridge was able and kind enough to take care of this matter. Thank you to the manager and good staff at Staybridge.

I didn't like having inconsiderate neighbors above me that allowed their kids to be running through the room all day.

Great area. Pretty good breakfast. Had a complimentary social hour three days a week which was a great bonus.

Guest laundry machines were inconsistent but worked most of the time.

What a warm place! Great, safe, family location. The staff were SUPERB and truly cared!

The Monday-Wednesday social. They need more options for meat. Not just pork.

Check-in was a little crazy, but that was because a huge bus of high school volleyball players had just arrived and were in the lobby area.
