Hotel building, Room size, Cleanliness, Location. The lady at front desk in morning time was good in her profession.

Front desk staff didn't come immediately at counter while they were sitting near the breakfast area. Water bottles not provided in the rooms. One thin pillow should be provided on each bed. House keeping not done in one of our rooms. Brown breads were missing in breakfast. Egg menu has to he changed every day. An hour extension of check out not given, our check in was at about 6 pm.

VERY clean room with very clean feel and smell! We plan to stay in this motel again for this very reason. Motel was sold out, yet very very quiet! Breakfast area and food were good. Highly recommend this motel (and room) if you have any environmental sensitivities.

Water pressure in the room was low but otherwise room was great.

It's brand new, so everything is in good order and clean. It was fun to view the finish-out choices; fabrics, wallpapers, built-in furniture. (I have a real estate background, so it's my thing...) The staff was very friendly. There was someone on duty all night, so I felt safe on the first floor. The breakfast buffet is excellent, and the dining staff was very attentive. A++++ to the dining staff!

I had trouble finding a electrical plug for something.... I don't remember what exactly. I think I needed three prong, and there were only two prong plugs, or vice versa. The fridge wasn't turned on, but I figured that out on my own.

The breakfast us fantastic and it's right in the middle of mamy places to eat and things to do. A lot of things are within walking distance which was very convenient.

Hallways were clean also the rooms were clean the property care about their customers. This is the second time staying at this hotel and never regret choosing this hotel. Check in was super fast and easy

Very nice and clean. The pool is nice, but there is no hot tub. Breakfast is basic but good. The king suite is roomy and comfortable. Beds are comfy as well.

Room by the pool was not quiet, just as a reminder lol We didn't get to use the pool much. A soccer's team of like 30 ten year old boys was there too. Next night, a construction crew having a Fiesta 😆

The staff was absolutely delightful! They were helpful and kind! Susan at breakfast is a keeper! She brings a loving, caring and family feeling experience to breakfast. She is a total complete joy to be around! We have stayed three times at this hotel and always look forward to seeing her!

Our room had a very moldy smell.

I like the quiet of hotel room in general except the moment of air conditioner turns on.

I hope there would be some changes on the breakfast. I stayed for 5 nights and had the same style of eggs in these 5 days. Although I like eggs, eating the same style for 5 days still too much for me.

The late night reception staff was very professional. She got me the room booked at Booking.com, even though hotel had not received official booking confirmation from booking.com.

The people were friendly

The room smelled musty like old cigarette smoke and the floors and furniture were needing attention. There was sticking on several areas along with tomato sauce or pizza maybe on the bedside table.
