The room was as advertised. Very clean . It was very quiet even in the corridors. You have everything you will need if you decide to extend your stay. Feels like home. Staff was very friendly and cooperative and immediately responded positively to our request of late check out. Location is perfect , there is a checky cheese's just right behind it and our kids enjoyed it. We were lucky to stay and choose Homewood Plano, Kudos 👏

Nice comfortable room, quiet location, staff was friendly. Cleaning staff was exceptional. Kitchen area was nice and worked well.

WiFi barely worked, it was frustrating Elevator didn’t work 1st night when we had all the luggage. Breakfast wasn’t very good. Waffle line was super long, people were coughing on food and wiping nose with hands and grabbing food so we didn’t go back after first morning.

The sink didn’t drain water well, even after it was “fixed” by the maintenance. The hotel & rooms needs some renovation. Breakfast was OK. Should have 2+ waffer maker.

The staff was very nice & made sure our accommodations were met. The breakfast was good, and the person over it made sure we had everything we needed. The kitchenette was really nice to have. Was clean and had everything you needed. I will go back.

The elevator had issues. The manager had to reset it twice but adventially got it up and running. My sofa had some rips. It needs to be remodeled, so I think the price was a little high.

The staff was very friendly and moved us to another room after our heater broke and wouldn't shut off.

I think on the weekend there is no maintenance and they barely had any toiletries.

Breakfast time was chaos unless you go before 8 am. I understand it's free. We had to wait 40 minutes to make a waffle.

It was nice and clean and convenient location to halal restaurants around the area.

The breakfast was lacking, pancakes were overcooked, kitchen staff was slow in filling up the food.

Property was safe and peaceful. Staff around were nice and pleasant. Check in/check out was very simple and quick. Will sure go back to this place.
