The place smelled really great (air fresheners everywhere, except on the ground floor. One morning it smelled like cigarette smoke coming from several rooms Staff was very friendly and helpful

The internet absolutely sucks. I did a speed test….it didn’t even get above 3 Mbps. If you want to get better internet you have to pay. I just my hotspot and that worked fine and I was there only for 3 nights

The staff there was unmatched! Everyone that I encountered was friendly and helpful. Joel checked us in and was kind and courteous. Then I needed a few more days and it took maybe 5 minutes to complete my transaction. Soon checking in I was given a quick rundown of what to expect- and everything was exactly as described. I did use the in room kitchenette area to cook and it worked perfectly for simple meals. I needed temporary housing before moving into my apartment and I would stay here again any time!

Honestly the whole experience was fantastic. I don’t have any complaints.

It's clean and I love the location and how close it is to my daughter school.

I didn't like it when they made me wait to check in I had to find somewhere to go until I can check in I made it there real early in the morning.

Price is very reasonable.

Elevator was not working.. luckily we got a room on the 2nd floor. Booking said there was free breakfast, but there is not breakfast.. only complimentary coffee.

The guy that checked us in was very friendly! He made us feel very welcomed and explained everything with a smile.

They had a slight smell in our room.The rest of the hotel smelled amazing!

It was clean and we didn’t see any bugs or rodents.

Needs updating but that’s regarding ally has no bearing on the comfort or cleanliness of the business.

It was clean, the beds were very comfy.

The pillows were flat, and the shower control was broken and would pull completely out of the faucet so when we showered we had to make sure not to pull it all the way out of the faucet the water would keep running from the faucet while we showered

The room was nice. The bathtub requires some getting used to.its much higher than it looks, almost causing fall getting in and difficult to get out of. Would not recommend this room for disability or older patrons. Would much prefer a shower.
