Hot Breakfast was ok, could have been better quality. Had a good assortment of breakfast selections. The room was larger than most. The sofa bed was a nice addition, just to have a different place to set. The bed was fine. The coffee, dark roast in the lobby, was stronger than most coffee in a hotel.

We stayed on the top floor in hopes of not having heavy footed people above. The wind was blowing hard that night causing loose things on top banging around like pipes hitting each other. We rode in the elevator with another couple who had the same experience in their room. The room was quieter than most other than that. Biscuits and gravy would have been a good addition to the Hot breakfast line up.

The hotel was easy to find and get to. It was within walking distance to the Outlet mall and a short, easy drive to several really good restaurants. Out trip was about shopping and good food. Even though the continental breakfast was cold and not very tasteful, I’d recommend the hotel to travelers.

Really nothing! It was great. Didn’t like the cold scrambled eggs and biscuits at breakfast but that’s all that was not good.

Ezben, is not only just a friendly staff member, but it also seems like he's the only one wearing the company uniform and showing his pride in working with Hampton. Great dedication! The hotel is remodeling, and I really like the new design of the room! Planning to shop? Or getting ready for Black Friday? Look no further, this is the choice!

Some of the furniture seems to be worn off, especially the one in the lobby and dining room. The hotel is remodeling, with that being said, it means there is a lot of construction site in the hotel right now. However, it'll look great when it's finished! Also, the utensils for breakfast. it'll be better if they replace the styrofoam with paper material, it is the "Hampton" after all!

Great location and very friendly staff! Close to a lot of shops and restaurants and not too far from the interstate.

The rooms were decent quality, although our air conditioning was very loud when it would turn on and off. Other than that, it was very clean.

The breakfast was okay, the location was perfect for my need to be close to where I was working

There could have been more choice of eggs instead of scrambled everyday. No Bacon either No Choice of Milk alternative Coffee could be better

The staff was very nice and helpful especially the lady that was at front desk the Thursday evening when I checked in.

Beds are not comfortable. Too hard. Needs to have softer beds. A perk of going on vacation is to rest which starts with a great location and comfortable beds.

It was very clean. The bed was so comfortable. And the AC was perfect. Check in was easy. Checking out even easier. The breakfast had a good selection

It was the perfect spot for us. Exactly at the Allen outlet stores and close enough to the airport. Also just a short drive from the famous Southfork Ranch. The staff is very friendly, the rooms clean.

The location was excellent because it was near an event I was attending. The breakfast was great, I especially enjoyed the Texas shaped red velvet waffles! We found good movies on the cable TV and the beds were very comfortable!
