The hotel is easy to access and has a very good atmosphere. The breakfast was above average. The food was very good, and the dining area was very clean and inviting. The suite was very comfortable. The staff were very friendly.

The breakfast muffins were quite small compared to the Otis Spunkmeyer ones at the other hotel we frequent in McKinney. The quality of the toilet tissue in the bathroom was not good. More like what I would expect at a service station or convenience store. If I stay there again, I will bring my own.

With my genius award, we stayed in a lovely king suite. The bed was very comfortable, and the extra room allowed for separate TV viewing when one of us was sleeping, reading, un/packing, etc. Staff members are friendly and professional. Taylor at the Front Desk is excellent. She approaches everyone with good humor, efficiency, and a smile. She is a treasure!

The suite was very clean, however there were tiny ants in the lower corner leading into the shower. We reported the issue to Taylor, and the maintenance staff mmediately resolved the problem; no more ants!

I loved the location it's by everything food, shopping centers, and cinemark theater

Pillows felt like they had no more to give had to fold them just to get some height, but my head would just sink in. All in all me and the family loved this place would definitely recommend to others

Breakfast was good. There were several choices, and the coffee tasted good, (very important!) The breakfast area was clean and well maintained. Nevertheless, the breakfast was not the reason for my good review - it was the comfort of the bed and pillows and the spaciousness and cleanliness of the room and the bathroom.

I wish that Raisin Bran had been one of the cereal options. Otherwise I have no complaints. I try to avoid the Dallas area because of traffic and confusion, but this area in McKinney made me feel I was in a small city with its green spaces and relaxed environment.

I loved how clean it was. The beds were comfortable. Had an excellent breakfast! We have already booked again for Christmas time!

Toaster had 4 slots and only 1 worked so many people were waiting. I just found something else so it was not a huge issue. Fridge also didn’t work in the bedroom. But we only had one night there so again, not a huge issue.

The front desk ladies were very welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was great! The place was clean and comfortable.

The room could have a long mirror in the long wall in the entryway. It was difficult to fully see your self when getting dressed for an event. The only mirror was in the bathroom. Other than that all was good 😊

The room was comfortable and well appointed. The breakfast selection was perfect. I particularly appreciated the people at the front desk!! Each person was helpful, friendly, and attentive. I wish I remembered their names to give them a personal commendation, but definitely the people at the front desk made this hotel stand out to me.

Everything! Front desk staffs were polite and respectful. Complimentary breakfast is a plus! The room was extremely clean and huge. I slept very well. Easy to locate and drive around. The facility had free parkings and a lot of restaurants around. The area is safe and quiet. It was a comfortable stay.

Very modern hotel, wonderful staff, and quiet room. This hotel is located nearby many facilities and right across the cinema. It's a good spot.

The breakfast is very "standard"; nothing special at all. It's not bad, but it could be so much better. It's just done very cheap, and it's not the quality you would expect from this hotel.

I like the convenience. Free breakfast and comfortable accommodations for working remote. I did not need anything more because of the access at the Fairfield Suites.
