The location is just amazing, a fantastic building with a lot of effort renovated in an excellent status. The owner very friendly, helpfull with guidence how to go and see the surounding. The breakfast offers a big variety to choose with very good products as cheese, ham and fresh fruit salad. It is a little bit tricky to find the right road as google maps is miss leading to a rural road. If you go from Trofarello, it is just a short rural road to get there. A realy quiet place in a lovely villa and fantastic hosts. Grazie, we will visit you again

The location was rural which we like. It’s a lovely building which has been renovated. The setting was next to a horse stables. A car is a must to get here. The room was in the attic. It was nicely decorated. The shutters were effective at blocking the light. The bathroom was modern and fresh.

The parking outside the gates was a bit erratic. We were parked in by another guest, but fortunately they left at the same time as us. Breakfast felt a bit disorganised as it was supposed to start at 08.00, but food was still being brought out at 08.10.

When I tried to get back to the Villa at night I got totally lost while the navigation system desperately guided me over several bumpy, muddy dirt roads through the nowhere again and again. After 45 Minutes I finally reached the Villa. So I would strongly recommend a usable route recommendation with the booking confirmation.

The road to the property is challenging, particularly for inexperienced drivers, as parts of it are too narrow for two vehicles to pass. * Breakfast could include fried eggs/ omelettes.

The host was really friendly and helpful, he even help to take our luggage upstairs. The place itself is wonderful, really quiet, romantic and peaceful. Cute rooms, really clean and just a great experience

I liked everything, the only thing that might be uncomfortable is the lack of elevator, however is an antique house/castle so thats expected

The b&b was very cute! The room was a good size with all of the amenities one night need. Breakfast was tasty and the host was very kind and helpful. Overall, we had a wonderful time and I would stay again!

The road to get in can be a bit tight at night to navigate. The room was wonderful, but there are some very low ceiling beams that you need to be aware of if you have to get up at night.

Not a bad apartment for one night. The room is attic, which is not entirely convenient. The bed is comfortable. The bed and towels are snow-white. It was not difficult to find. we were met by the owner. The nearest restaurant can only be reached by car, the centre is far away. There is nowhere to walk in the city. The breakfast was great.

There was a bug in the bed that bit me and the wound hasn't healed for more than a month.

They are very friendly and flexible. Everything as shown. Although out of town, it is so peaceful, cozy and surrounded by nature, green and horses farms. Don't hesitate to communicate and to help guests' and fulfill their requests. Good AC is a great point as well as the bathroom.

Gorgeous building! Lovely staff! Always very helpful. Nice spacious and clean rooms and bathrooms. Very pretty area in the middle of nature. Breakfast was really nice! We enjoyed it every day. Fresh fruit, yoghurt, muesli, bread and sweets! Free refill of water. Good working Wifi and Airco!

The beds were too soft for us. And to go out and about (supermarket/restaurants) you always need the car.

The location is in the country, and can be reached only by an unpaved road, approx last 600 m. That means there isn't any noise from cars/roads. The apartment in the attic was very cosy, with two bedrooms, A/C, and insect screens in the windows. Breakfast buffet has a good quality pastry, (sweet and salty) as well as cereal, and some fruit.

Nothing to dislike there.
