Even before our trip started, the staff at the hotel made our trip even easier. We were coming from a 5 day trip from istambul, they booked us a great transfer from the airport who was on time and delivered us perfectly and comfortably to Kayata cave suites. Before we got to the hotel, the help to organise our squeezed 2 days and be able to see everything was extraordinary, replying immediately vía WhatsApp. Upon arrival, the cave suite was beautiful and confortable, the jacuzzi is super cool as it is literally inside the cave suite! We booked: Red tour and green tour with them, and it was absolutely amazing and not expensive, and in 2 days, you get to see the entire city. As an extra, we got to enjoy a bottle of local white wine on the house on the top floor of the hotel, over looking with the sunset colours I highly recommend Kayata. We are actually thinking of coming back to ski during winter. 12/10

We had an amazing stay in the hotel, we loved the style of the hotel, food was amazing and the service team was exceptionally friendly, I would like to thank Mr. Abdullah, the owner of the hotel by himself helped me to find place to cut my beard, he dropped me by himself to the place and waited for me to get back to the hotel, I felt very grateful for his hospitality and his team is wonderful they were to trying to do their best to make us feel comfortable, definitely will visit you again guys, you made our holiday very special.

No AC but the weather was amazing and they provide electric fan which was very helpful especially in the summer

The host were extremely helpful with all the activities booking and the price were very reasonable. They were trying everything they could to help us.

The breakfast could be better. And there is no doors for the shower room and toilet. Extra privacy needed for a sharing space even with partners.

The property was beautiful! The staff was absolutely amazing - nothing was too much of an ask and were so incredibly helpful, especially members Aykut and Ayse - amazing!

This cave hotel has the real caves rooms with beautiful and unique decorations. Although we only stayed for one night, it was really comfortable and easy to go to take the hot air balloon. The staffs were very friendly and helpful, we got fantastic hospitality. By the way, the wine of the hotel is also great, we spent a wonderful night on the rooftop terrace. I recommend this hotel if you are traveling with friends and families, you will be relaxed like staying at your home. If I visit this lovely town next time, definitely I’ll choose here for staying a couple of days.

Loved our stay here. Staff was super friendly, the cave room was nice, and the breakfast was delicious. When I was first looking at a visit to Cappadocia I was looking at Goreme but didn’t find a room as nice as the one at Kayata. We decided to stay in Urgup instead with Kayata, and I’m glad we did. The parking is nearby and there are plenty of restaurants you can walk to from the hotel. We enjoyed a dinner at Apetito. And the breakfast was a Turkish spread, including cheeses, assorted jams, and more, along with bread and hour choice of eggs. Really tasty breakfast, served from 8:30-10:30.

Everything about this hotel was outstanding, the staff are absolutely amazing and they couldn’t do enough for us. It was our wedding anniversary and when we arrived, there were petals on our bed and towels shaped as swans, facing each other so they formed a heart. The breakfast was great, and it filled us up and they gave a great choice….we highly recommend the Turkish omelette. Also ask the hotel to provide the transfer, we used the shuttle bus service. It’s so nice being met at the airport.

Amazing experience it cave rooms with wonderful hosts . The team here are courteous and go out of their way to make you.feel special, this was the best service I have seen for a long while. I would recommend this location as it is close to some.nuce restaurants as well

Although the rooms are literally in the cave, temperature control via air conditioning would be beneficial for overseas travellers

The staff were hugely helpful and welcoming, the concept if staying in a renovated cave is charming, the location is good, away from the main touristy areas, the view from our balcony was superb (room 204)

Unfortunately, because the room is in a cave, the cave walls do crumble leaving dust everywhere - but this is manageable if you ask for a broom

In a quiet area, but the staff are more than happy to help arrange taxi’s etc which are all priced on a meter, plenty of towns / things to do a short drive away
