I had a really good experience, but the aftermath of it somehow put me aback on how they handle left item's in the rooms. I left my leather jacket in the room. I noticed this immediately I landed in my country. I had two friends stating at the hotel traveling 2 days later after me. I emailed the hotel. No response. My friends got me another direct email where I instructed them on what to do after they had even acknowledged to my friends they got the jacket. No response to that email 2days later after they left. My friends asked them for it. They refused to issue it out because of the inconsistency of communication and having different reception staff. I am very disappointed and I just need my jacket home.

Beautiful location, lots of plants and trees and flowers. Very serene environment.

The staff are very stoic. Spent my stay moving from my room to AD5 at the convention center, the staff would rarely look at you, ie make eye contact, say hello or even smile back or give you a smile first. The scathing is a put off. Like I said moving between the convention center and my room I was scathed every time.

First I like the staff, very much client oriented, accommodating requests with kindness. Then I liked the piano playing in the lobby, morning and evening and the amazing Christmas atmosphere, great decorations throughout the facility, the breakfast was great amazing staff again. Big room nicely decorated and properly cleaned daily. Good choice of restaurants and bars available.

The curtains in the first room needed a refreshment. Reception staff changed the room very swiftly.

Location was ideal for most of what we wanted. Pretty central for our meetings and also not far from the airport. Breakfasts were very good. Room cleaning did a great job. The air carrier lost my baggage and I left this in your hands - it took a massive strain from me to know that you had it in control and kept me informed at all times. Thank you.

Lunch snacks and evening meals were excellent quality but took a long time to arrive. This might be fine as a tourist but not when we are tight schedules.

Breakfast was delicious, suiting anybody’s preferences. There was a pianist in the lobby and before going to meetings you could enjoy live music.

At the time I arrived (2 am) there we other people at the reception desks and it took them longer than one hour to register me. With all the security checks one would say the number of people arriving should have been known in advance and thus the work planned.

Everything, the food, the staff, the facilities, the standards, the service including the massage parlour. I enjoyed my stay and even joined the membership club. Very little needs improvement.

Some staff were looking unapproachable especially at the reception. They should smile a little more. The staff at the massage and the guest manager are very friendly. There is a confusion on where one can get dinner. It should be clearer that it is across the building. The towel vouchers ought to be soft and not printed. Since we are saving the environment it beats the purpose to print the cards. Once a client accepts to have towels not changed every day, this can be indicated in the room number in the system and can redeem the voucher online without having to have hard printed cards.

staff were generally friendly and pleasant. the provision of complimentary transport within the City and proximity to the Kigali convention center

The check out process was taking too long. the refunds for guests who needed to be refunded seemed to be complicated as it was taking too long. The housekeeping did not come to turn up the bed in the evening or check if all was well in the room

I had a wonderful experience staying at the Radisson Blu Kigali. The customer service was top-notch, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my long stay was pleasurable, pleasant and hassle-free. I was impressed with the facilities of the hotel and the overall cleanliness - not limited to just the room. The staff are very friendly and went above and beyond to assist during my stay, the room was spacious, and the location was good (at the heart of Kigali). Only had one issue which was the room ironing machine was leaking water and the replacement had the same issue. Also bathroom only included basics (shampoo, body wash). Wish they include others like tooth brush and tooth paste.

Quality Customer Service. From the moment you step in the hotel, all the staffs are very professional and friendly. Everything was explained to us upon checking .Our room Was amazing too with an amazing view. We had some lovely fruits and cakes brought to our room I guess as a welcome gesture which was so lovely. We also had access to the executive lounge which has a roof top area with a breathtaking view.The food and drinks in the executive Lounge were delicious! We made use of the pool , sauna and tennis court which were all amazing ! The staff near the pool were also lovely , kindly offering to use our phones to take picture of us together in the pool !

Nothing it was all up to standard if not beyond my expectations
