Very conveniently located right next to our bus stop - the check-in was smooth and the staff were always very friendly. The room wasn't huge, but it was very well distributed to make it comfortable. We really appreciated having a lot of storage space. Free tea and coffee at reception was a nice touch.

There were no blinds in the room, and the curtains were not blocking all the sun, so after sunrise we had quite a bit of clarity in the room. The pillows are these typical very flat and big Swiss style ones, which are not our favourite. The shower pressure wasn't great.

The breakfast was good. Everything was nicely arranged and the breakfast room was clean. There has been some local specialties (like cheese and bacon) but also the worldwide classics (like cereals and spreads). There was also a small chimney in breakfast room which made comfortable to spend some time. Coffee was for free as well as juice and water. The best thing has been the pub and restaurant. They serving very good IPA and the staff is pretty friendly.

As I see it, everything is good in this location. Maybe some travelers will call the location a little bit old fashioned, but that’s a matter of taste.

Basic but comfortable accommodation very close to the main skilift in Flims. Very dog-friendly - we had a room with a bed that was raised, which provided a nice space for the dog to sleep under. Breakfast is not provided, but there is a launch area with coffee and team facilities where one could have breakfast bought at the nearby Coop supermarket. The bar is open every day from 16.309 and provided budget-friendly meal options as well.

Excellent location. Great views. Spacious, clean room. Friendly, easy going staff. Toiletries and plenty of towels provided. Water bottle in the room a nice touch. Free coffee in communal area is a lovely bonus. Great value for what we needed.

Parking was tricky, the dedicated hotel car park was poorly signposted (and completely full). Had to park on the sidewalk as all spaces were taken. Door hinges to rooms could do with some grease, unless the squeaks are part of the authenticity of an alpine hotel!

Great location! In front of bus stop, mountain gondola and shopping center with coop. Staffs are all kind and helpful. They kept my rucksack before check in and after check out. Room is enough good for this price, private shower and hair dryer. My room has even terrace! No breakfast but there is coffee machine and electric kettle at the reception so that you can enjoy coffee and tea any time. When high season gets started, the price will be different but all in all, it was wonderful stay for me.

Wonderful location with parking, with nice views. Our dogs were also welcome! They have a bid lounge where we could have our morning tea/ coffee. The best thing was the guest card that gave us discount to many activities in the area.

A bit noisy late into the night/ early morning due to the bar downstairs, given the location. The mattresses don’t quite fit the bed, and things kept falling through the gaps (quite inconvenient especially in the top bunk). There’s also the septic pipe box passing overhead, so we hit our heads on this multiple times 😅

The location is absolutely superb, being very close to the ski lifts, and there's also a variety of cafes and restaurants nearby. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the room was clean. There is ample space in the ski room, along with a separate room for storing ski boots, plus parking is available. There's also nice common area with a pool table and free tea\coffee.

The Wi-Fi in the basement room was a bit weak, but that was a minor issue. Overall, there's nothing to complain about – you definitely get what you pay for.

The location cannot be better and the rooms are surprisingly good for the price. Comfy bed, nice duvet and pillow, and well sized balcony. The bathroom is quite small but it's a budget room and I'm honestly surprised it even has a shower so I'm very pleased! The receptionist was always kind and helpful. They also allowed access to the spa after check out to shower before heading home after skiing.

The location is amazing. Nice personal very helpful and kind. The room is immaculate with all the basics ones need for a weekend trip in the mountains. The offer a nice breakfast for 20Chf (recommended to start the day). It is a renovated old building, our room had a balcony and beautiful view. Many activities to do around and the use of public bus is free with the guest card the hotel provide. The price per night is unbelievable for Switzerland, truly a bargain! Recommended!

Great facilities for guests. Free coffee pod machine to use and a small shared fridge was very handy. Location is right next to gondola. Grill house restaurant opposite was excellent for a large and filling meal. Best aspect of arena lodge was the incredible service from the reception staff. I wish I had asked her name. She helped us discover Flims and recommended some excellent walks and Caumasee for a swim.
