Perfect location. Had so many food choices, stores, gas and much more within walking distance. Also fast food locations open late within walking distance was a major plus. Our room was very large for us two, and super quiet on the top floor. I got amazing sleep. Room was nice and clean, with strong AC. The woman that checked us in was VERY nice and professional. She was so happy and BUBBLY as soon as we walked through the door which made our entire stay so positive. We love happy customer service. So thank you to the woman who helped us check in, you definitely set the tone for our stay, and it was so appreciative. Breakfast was very good in the morning, and started very early just how we like it, with tons of food options and coffee. Perfect short stay with everything we needed and more! Will definitely be staying again.

Only thing I can think of is we couldn’t find it at first. The HUGE line from In-N-Out burger was kind of blocking where to go. Which is not the hotels fault at all. Just a heads up to anyone looking for the hotel you have to drive past the in n out drive thru line and squeeze by and then find the lovely hotel.

The hotel itself was great, we were not there much besides to sleep and get ready for the day. We were there to visit friends and family.

There was a security guard there, when I left the building at night to go to the car he honked at me and said something to me I couldn’t hear. Then he proceeded to walk up to the car and accuse us of being there multiple times with different cars. We had not been there all day. It was absolutely ridiculous, we were arguing with him and told him we hadn’t been there and that we have a room. Also the man at the front desk was asleep multiple times, granted it was after midnight when we returned to the room. We did tell him about the security guard and I also talked to the front desk in the morning when we were checking out. I understand the security guard has a job to do but it was very unprofessional and unpleasant as a paying customer.

The microwave and small fridge was home away from home essential provided. The lighting of the room and features of light in the bathroom and sleeping area was a highlight for me.

It was a little noisy in the morning from guest yelling or talking very loud like 6am. But other than that. It was delightful stay.

The property was comfortable and convenient. The staff were nice and helpful. It was a quick overnight stay, but it was just what we needed. We will come back again.

Breakfast was missed because we overslept hahaha. It would be nice if it was extended by 30 minutes.

nothing, it was all perfect! from checking in to checking out! great location with all the businesses around made it easier for me if i needed anything there is tons of stores around.

Very clean, quiet building, accommodating staff, plenty of parking.

Only issue is the cars in line for In N Out block your way into the parking lot if line is very long, so in evening we had to wait 5-10 min to get into the lot. No issues going in at check in and no issues exiting.

Having an in-n-out burger 200 ft from the front door was very convenient. Good location just off the freeway too

The drawback to having an in-n-out 200ft from the front door is that getting in and out of the parking lot can be interesting at times.

It is a great location, with a lot of stores and restaurants around.

Trying to get to the hotel was a challenge. There is an In and Out next door and the drive through was so packed, it was difficult to maneuver around.

Breakfast was great. Dining room attendant was so sweet and nice. Food area was spotless. Check in lady was friendly and helpful. She made me feel welcome and safe after a long travel day.

Everything was very clean, and in working order. The bed was comfortable and the room quiet. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast and appreciated all the food options.

The bathroom was small, with very little space to put one's toiletries. The kitchen was disappointing, with no utensils, or supplies. Not even a roll of paper towels, which would have been nice.
