Rooms are nice and clean. The pool was broken, and I was told I'd be refunded $98 because of this. I'm still waiting on that. My daughter REALLY wanted a motel with a pool, so that was why we chose this one. Please reopen the pool or do not advertise that one is available. After a 13 hour drive, it is not feasible to drive to the beach and have to supervise a kid in the ocean. We just wanted to relax at the pool. But that was the only problem. Everything else was awesome.

The room is very clean, staff are excellent, professional, helpful, location is unbeatable within walking distance to food. I extended my stay there by two weeks! One easy improvement I would recommend is to make available good shampoo and body wash and perhaps put a microwave or toaster oven in the lobby area. These would make my rating a 10!

The remodel of the faculty is amazing. they are still doing work but it is kept clean and in order.

I was on the opposite side of the hotel from the dog potty area. I had to take my dog out at 4 am to do her business. That side of the facility looked like a zombie apocalypse. There were people standing on the balcony’s and taking bikes from their rooms down the three flight of stairs at this time of night. Another night I had to take her out at 3am it was worse. I didn’t feel threatened at all but it was very odd. I feel bad for the owners for all the work and money they are putting into that place to make it beautiful. They need Security on site to keep the Zombies at bay. I had to kick a glass pipe out of the way from my dog as she searched for the perfect blade of grass to pee on. I hope the owners can get this place under control because it is beautifully remodeled.

This former Motel 6 has been beautifully remodeled within the past few years. The property is very clean, and the king bed was wonderfully firm and comfortable. The hotel provides free coffee and decaf in the lobby 24/7.

There were individual bars of soap but no shampoo or lotion in my room - not sure if that is standard or not.

The guy at check out was really nice. I don't remember his name, which is a shame because he should be commended for how nice he was

We were called 1130 at night. Asking us, if we were moving furniture, because the person downstairs said we were, it wasn't as it was people next to us

Everything was good, except some of the shady characters that reside around the property, one the characters attempted to enter my room without permission ...

The location is great. The quality of the rooms are top notch. The prices are unbeatable.

I didn’t like having to leave. I didn’t like the poop bag dispenser was empty, so some people left poop on the ground..

the room was cleaned every day when I returned from my outings!! the bed was wonderful - I actually was able to sleep!! I loved the size of the TV!!!

a mirowave & frige would have been nice... I would have liked to have things to eat w/in the room rather than going out at night to grab something...

The fast check in and the easiness of access and clean room. I just needed a microwave in room. But I will still rebook in motel 6 again. Great place AJT

We were warmly greeted by Cathy in the office upon arrival. Once we got to our room, we found it to be well appointed and very clean (I go over everything in motel rooms with antibacterial wipes, and the wipes were as clean as when I started, when I finished.) The housekeepers are not only very detail oriented, but they also care about the guests. I was given extra towels and wished an enjoyable stay. I had read some reviews that made me question (before we arrived, but after I had booked the room) if I had sacrificed safety for affordability, but I felt safe and comfortable at this Motel 6. With the current COVID situation, I greatly appreciated the housekeeping staff’s dedication to keeping the rooms clean

There is really nothing the Motel 6 staff could have done to make our stay nicer. Previous guests could have refrained from putting out cigarettes on varied surfaces in the room….including the bathtub (it was a non smoking room) and other guests could have been a bit quieter and more considerate of other guests during our stay….not really issues Motel 6 can control. Despite how some guests have treated the room in the past, the housekeepers do their best to make it clean and comfortable for the next guest which I greatly appreciated!
