The hotel is clean, well maintained with great facilities. The breakfirst is really good. One of the best breakfirst supply even compare to a lot of large 5-start hotel chains in the US. The in suite kitchen is really usefull when it comes to usability for family travels with kids. The hotel is right across the street of Costco. Very good location and access to highways.

No room cleaning services at all if you stay less then a week. Their excuse is the hotel is mainly for long-term stay so room cleaning is only once a week. So if you stay eg: 6 days, you won't get room service at all. Towels also aren't being replace throughout unless you go to the front desk and ask for it. This is really inconvenient for short-term family travellers with kids. Basic room cleaning is really a critical part of hotel stay.

Pool area and half court nice for the kids. Plenty of parking. Hotel is in a good locations shops restaurants nearby and easy access to freeway to explore. Very friendly and helpful staff

Breakfast at the weekend, we would have preferred it to have been later, finished at 9.00am and felt that was a little too early for us to make. Think we were given a dog friendly round on the ground floor- smelt a little and few dog hairs about.

The staff were friendly, professional, welcoming. The 2 bedroom suite was perfect for our need. I was traveling with my adult son so having our own room and bathroom was ideal. The breakfast area was nice and the food offered was very good. The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean.

The toilet was low- standard for several years ago, but newer facilities mostly now have higher, ADA compliant toilets even in regular rooms. I do have some mobility issues and had to use my walker to brace myself to get up from toilet. My elderly sister and her husband were in a different room and were also a bit challenged with using the toilet. I had not requested an ADA room so don't know how that would have been. When any remodeling is done I would recommend higher toilets in all rooms.

They charge @10 per day for parking. The breakfast buffet has very limited hours, not good for leisure travelers (6:30-8:30 a.m. M-F) and bag/takeaway breakfast on the weekends).

American breakfast, friendly staff, great swimming pool, nice rooms with closet type diverter from living room to bedroom. 2 television sets, neat eating area. across the street from COSTCO WOOO. dishwasher is a bonus, easy to use thermostat and quickly adjust the temperature

No oven, cutting boards, chopping knives, strainers etc all the things you need to make a meal. key card stopped working after 1st day but no biggie.

Breakfast was good. Location was perfect.

Something was off with the water temperature in my room on the 2nd & 3rd night. On the 4th night the temperature was back to hot. Couldn't call the front desk because the phone didn't work, so had to walk down there & complain.

Large room size, room around the desk to work.

$10 parking fee. Everyone drives. Shifting the actual price of a guest’s stay to itemize parking, rather than simply charging $10 more up front, leaves me feeling nickel & dimed, and a bit like being caught in a bait and switch.

Located in tucked away quiet area. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The facility is a little on the older side but everything was functional. We were located facing the back patio with all the tables, BBQ grills and pool and we were concerned about noise level with groups occupying the space in the evening, but quiet hours were enforced. Continental breakfast was good with good variety. We even used the workout room which was minimally equipped but functional and good quality treadmills.The facility is very clean and very welcoming of families. Kitchenette was minimally stocked.

We were woken up a couple times by loud banging noises. We laster found out they would be repairing the plumbing. We only had 1 fork stocked in the kitchen area.

It is a neat, clean hotel with very friendly and helpful staff members. Loved the fact that we could do our own laundry (good facilities) without extra fees.

Breakfast "stock" often ran out and we had to wait for coffee, juice, napkins, some food items to be refilled. There was an unfriendly young man there at one of the breakfast sessions that seemed to be annoyed with his guests' requests for more food, coffee etc.

The breakfast was outstanding! I heard many guests affirm this. Great reason to stay at this property.
