very close to airport, driving distance within 10mins; on scooter may be even faster. doesn't include breakfast but very easy to find food within walking distance. cold bottled water available at reception; staff very helpful and eager to help as much as possible. room was clean and had everything I needed for a one-night stay including toothbrush, shampoo, hair dryer.

first impression was not great as i tried to book an airport pick-up. but when I arrived they told me the car was too far away and wouldn't be able to pick me up, and a taxi cost double the amount. not much noise insulation - when people were walking up the stairs late at night i could hear it from my room. bed/mattress was quite hard/firmer than expected. but i was so tired i fell asleep anyway.

The staff was friendly, and there was always someone available at the desk and outside to help with luggage/settling in. There are nice convenience stores and plenty of local eating spots nearby. However, it was hard to find a working Agribank ATM (obviously, the hotel has no control over this, but I thought I should mention it). I found a Techombank one (a little past the Ministop shop). I'll definitely consider returning if I ever stop in Saigon again.

I wish I had a window for natural light and ventilation. The outlets could've been closer to the bed. If you are on the fifth floor, there's an elevator that takes you to the fourth, and then you have a small flight of stairs. These aren't major problems for a short stay; they are just slightly inconvenient.

The staff and property were amazing. People were very nice and helpful, even with my limited Vietnamese language. Their driver (Tony Whang I believe) even gave me recommendations for food and attractions in the area.

The hotel is in the middle of all the attractions of Vietnam, but you may need a taxi to get to all the places. The beds were also a bit firm but this is just a personnel opinion.

The location of the hotel is very convenient as it is close to the airport, including within walking distance. The hotel doesn't offer breakfast, or at least we didn't.

There was no window in our room, but as far as I know the reason is the way the buildings are built. If you absolutely want to have a window in your room, you must request it in advance. Unfortunately, the insulation between the rooms and the corridors of the hotel are not soundproof and many of the hotel guests do not comply and speak loudly.

Staff friendly. Airport pickup car and service very good. Location fantastic for airport proximity and a great neighbourhood to explore especially as there is a local park close by and great food. Room very clean and bed comfortable. AC was very good. Hot water shower great. I was fine with the street noise but others may not like it.

Shower drain blocked quickly. No drinking water in room. Was given a bottle upon check in but suggest having some free bottles in the room.

Very close to the airport, could have walked there if we were brave enough to cross the big roundabout under the flyover. Lots of convenience stores and places to eat outside the hotel. Room was clean.

Staff are OUTSTANDING, don’t hesitate to ask , they assisted with all my needs and other reviews echo the same.

If you are overnight to catch a flight , perfect. If you are staying for more than 36hrs and like daylight , book a room roadside .

Everything was great. The room is clean and convenient, the staff is incredibly helpful. I had a couple of hours before my flight so I left my luggage with them. The location is 3 minutes from the airport which is exactly what I needed to rest between my flights.

Great location, amazing price - the room basically had what it promised, and it was surprisingly quiet!

The bed was quite hard, but that seems to be a thing in this part of the world :)

Beautiful n so strategic hotel ,so close from airport. The Hotel n Hotel Room Smeels so so good... The staff very nice n helpful. Laundry available too. Very Reccomended.
