Room was clean, large flat screen tv, supplied amenities, good hot breakfast, great coffee. Friendly staff.

Needs Better Pillows. They were tiny and no support. Although the air conditioner worked great, we had to leave it on 69 to keep the damp feeling out of the room. When we turned it to 72 the sheets and floor felt damp. But then we thought it had to do with the severe weather outside. We would definitely stay at this place again.

The room was nice and clean when I checked house keeping came to my room early to see if I needed anything shout out to the housekeeping team and ms.Debbie was super nice and sweet

No complaints

The breakfast had a good variety - pastries, cereals, yogurt, scrambled eggs, sausage. Hot items were hot and the dining area was clean and spacious. The property had an excellent location for our needs, with easy access to restaurants, shopping and the Expo center.

My only complaint about the property was an overflowing garbage can near the side entrance. Obviously guests had been "partying" at the outdoor smoking area and their mess had not been cleaned up by the time of our visit.

We got an upgraded room after having a problem in first assigned room

We did have toile problems; didn't get fixed; so we had to repack and move to a different room.. The breakfast was not adequate; food was cold (eggs), no biscuits, no sweet rolls. Coffee was good.

I like how it was peaceful, near a lot of food place, great stuff, free breakfast, free parking and outlet across the highway.

I didn't like how you could see the hallway from the door in the room.

Was not anything left when we went down they need to work on this a little better you should always have it stocked till close

Breakfast was great. I enjoyed.

Bed sheets on one of my beds seemed to be worn in some spots, I assumed ice machines were on every floor, no covering over smoking area. Other than those things, I enjoyed my stay even though it was one night.

Staff was really friendly from the moment we checked in. Rooms were decent. The breakfast served in the mornings were very good.

They were not entirely clean I did find the cleaning powder left in the toilet when we first got in and there was a black spot on the ceiling in the restroom I'm assuming from humidity.

Had a last minute change of itinerary and didn't think I would find a hotel at that time of night... Not only did they accommodate my family and I... they were quick on setting us up and made our stay very smooth and desirable considering we were not expecting to find anything. I'll be back without a doubt!

Only a minor negative but nothing worth complaining about..

Location. Friendly staff. Decent breakfast. Decent room.

Room flooring was a litter slippery maybe from condensation. Doesn’t feel ‘warm’ or ‘cozy’.
