The location is so close to church we went The view we got was so perfect. We could see the church and good view. The room is clean, and the bed is so comfortable. Only we didn't know that we needed to ask for toothbrushes and microwave to be provided. Hope they have more restaurant inside this hotel. But we will go back to this hotel when it offers good prices.

The staff, the food, and the atmosphere were all amazing. We came for a doctor visit for my wife and it was my first time staying in Baton Rouge. When I come back I will be staying here again.

The only problem I had was with getting someone to fix the drain plug in the tub (The top of the drain was not connected to the dial that you grab onto). No one could come up to fix it and I wound up fixing it myself.

the facility was great, very clean and well kept close to our destination the in house restaurant was very good and the Staff was very good to us, the Morning Bar Manager was A Real treat to know she was a very friendly pretty lady from Baton Rouge myself and my Wife talked with her about how beautiful the area was she was warm friendly like a Southern Belle you would see in classic movies If we ever get back we'll look for her.

Location, ambience, friendly staff

I don’t like how you can’t lower the AC in the room past a certain temperature. Even if it says it’s below 70°, the room doesn’t cool below 70°. This is common in hotel rooms and it’s extremely frustrating and uncomfortable to sleep in a room that is warm.

I arrived in the hotel around 9 a.m., and the person from the front desk made a way to have me checked in earlier, which I did. We tried the pool, the bar and ate bfast on the restaurant... All facilities were clean, and the bed and pillows were comfy. The location was perfect from Bars, restaurants, churches

I think we may have been given a handicap room. The shower head was a removable one and was way too short for people to shower that are over six feet tall. Also, there was not a length size mirror in the room. The blow dryer was inadequate for drunk hair.

The comfort of the beds were amazing!

The water pressure in shower was lacking a lot! That was a little frustrating. The top sheet on both beds were not put on correctly. The tag was in the middle of the bed at the top instead of at the foot. The smaller bedside light was burnt out.

It was clean and the staff was friendly .

I didn’t like paying almost 300 dollars just to book it for that one night but I did than to get there and have to be charged 50 more dollars and I wasn’t told about this charge ahead of time. Things like that I feel should be mentioned up front when you book or even before you book.

The Lobby was extremely beautiful ( Christmas decor)! The hotel staff were very thorough and pleasant! Overall I enjoyed my stay ! I will be back for another visit !

I would like a room with a better view ! Perhaps towards the front of the hotel !
