The staff were absolutely so wonderful, sweet and kind. I missed the hot breakfast but when I asked if there was anything left over, they actually cooked a breakfast for me. Scrambled eggs and sausage and a lot of it. We really needed the kindness they showed because my husband was in the ICU at Our Lady of the Lake. The kindness the staff showed made all the difference in the world to me.

The elevator was a bit scary. It made a scary noise when going up.

Great value, nice location, friendly staff (mostly. See below). My reservation wasn’t in their system when we arrived, but front desk staff was really nice about taking care of it and making sure we had a room at even a better rate than I originally booked.

Pool door broken and dangerous. Came to breakfast and almost everything was empty and staff didn’t seem to be very happy about refilling it for us, even though there was still an hour left of breakfast time.

I could hear the people in the room next to me having sex in the middle of night and I had to be up early. That was annoying But that’s not the manager’s fault. I wish the walls were sounds proof in all hotels.. but it is what it is.

Staff was very friendly and cordial. Breakfast was good everyday. Location was good, seemed everything was 10-15 mins away.

Nothing, I got what I thought I paid for.

some guy walking through the hotel blasting loud music. He was hanging out in front of the hotel and when I walked in to go to my room it seemed like he was following me so I turned around and went to the front desk. When I turned around he turned around too and went the opposite way towards the other end of the hall still blasting loud music.

Pool entrance door broken and closed hard and fast. Dangerously close to catching my kids fingers. Asked for extra blanket for the couch bed and was just given another sheet. An actual blanket would have been nice.

The staff are super friendly and very accommodating! They were honestly just wonderful. Hotel was very clean room was nice! Only downside was we had to get our cards for our room reprogrammed basically every night. But only took a few seconds and wasn't too much of a hassle staff like I said were super great!

Not the fault of the hotel, but roof crashed in and pool not available for child to swim.

The place was nice, clean and the breakfast was Delicious. Even the snacks they sell are very low priced!

Our sink started leaking the morning we left. Not their fault.

The staff is outstanding; especially the young lady who worked the front desk.

Elevators were not working. There was, however, a very nice note of apology and I was only on the second floor so this was not a big concern.
