We love staying at embassy suites wherever we go. The managers happy hour, and the great breakfast make it a great place to relax on trips.

This property seemed unclean, and not very hospitable. We were greeted by an employee who was too busy to help us, and then getting our room was fine, but not overly warm and friendly. Our room still had dirty washcloths from the previous guests, and not enough clean ones for ourselves. When we asked for more, it took a very long time to get them, and the front seemed a little annoyed. The room had a very strong chemical smell from the cleaners they used. It wasn’t a fresh clean, it was quite harsh.

Location is perfect. Breakfast is good and the Hotel have an open bar .

We called day prior to confirming our 3 man arrival and make sure there will be sheets and pillows for pullout couch ( I read on reviews about the problem and try to avoid it ) Front desk confirmed my request. We arrived at the hotel and there were no sheets and blankets for the couch . We had to call front desk again and wait for ever ( we got places to go !!! ) to receive the bedding. Also the bathroom need some work .

My late check-in was a seamless experience. The desk agent greeted me by name before I even had a chance to introduce myself—she had been expecting me, despite my delayed arrival. Her attentiveness made all the difference after a long journey. And the breakfast? Absolutely outstanding.

Housekeeping entered my room several hours before checkout, which I found intrusive and unexpected. I would have appreciated more respect for my privacy and timing.

Great location, beautiful lobby, awesome breakfast, and large room for 6 people.

I am not sure what the reason, but our 6 person room was not stocked for 6 people. There weren't enough pillows or towels and the front desk said they had no additional pillows or towels available. They also only cleaned and restocked our room once during our 5night stay, though we never put the do not disturb sign out. Maybe they are understaffed, I don't know, everyone was friendly but were unable to accommodate our requests for pillows, towels, and housekeeping.

Breakfast was good, location fine

We were on a long trip, and we selected that hotel because it had a laundry. But neither of the hotel’s laundries was in service, and the hotel’s maintenance manager was unable to repair them😪. Bummer! Apparently neither could the hotel fix the slow toilet.

The service was absolutely exceptional! Mrs. Cynthia , Mr. Cameron the entire front end staff are awesome!!! Customer service 20+! Parking and lighting was great. The location for my needs; I could not have chosen better! The property inside & outside was kept immaculately!..

The damp moldy feeling and the CARPET made it even worse the CARPET NEEDS TO GOOOOO COMPLETELY!!! No carpet in the rooms especially with it being pet friendly which I like!

Check in was quick & easy the staff were very nice respectful & helpful. When I entered my room the first smell that lit my nose was cleaning products & that made me beyond happy. Front desk was Amazing assisting me also the engineer came to fix some things very quickly.

Everything was perfect there wasn't anything I didn't like about my stay.

The breakfast & location

When I entered my suite I did not have any tissue or toilet paper. It took hours to receive toilet paper & towels. I was told free margaritas but the bar staff attitude was horrible and said there were no drink specials. With that amount of guests something should have been given

The breakfast was the best I have ever had and the attendants outstanding. I plan on making Embassy Suites the hotel to stay at in the future.

The parking or the availability of good parking spots was probably the worst. The elevators weren't the most comfortable and made it seem like it was going to get stuck.

The breakfast was great! We didn’t make the complimentary afternoon gathering but I thought it was nice that they offer it!

The elevator was a little slow. Traffic in the afternoon was really bad to try to get off the service road.
