I’ve never seen a set up like this one! Beer, ice cream, lunchables, frozen pizza all in the lobby, also with healthy alternative snacks. The coffee was was awesome with choices of espresso, lattes, foam, etc. also, the breakfast was made to order with a cute bread bar with toasters. Cucumber water available at all times and the staff were so nice. Rooms were clean, bed were comfy, and the shower was amazing. Only down fall- bring your own pillows! The pillows are super soft and have no density whatsoever.

The staff is what really got me hooked. Warm, friendly and eager to help! You really don't get treated like that these days anymore. The room was very clean and the decor was really cute. I absolutely would stay there again!

This was not a big deal, but I really wanted an omelette for breakfast, but was told they didn’t serve omelettes, but other than that, the food was good. Lots of beverages to choose from and a variety of quick breakfast options.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful! Everything was so clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was fresh made to order and was pancakes, sausage and eggs along with other fresh banana nut muffins, bagels, toast, etc. they also had a parfait bar with yogurt and fresh toppings. It’s right behind the hospital and practically across the street from the Louisiana Mall. Great location! All in all a very pleasant stay and we will stay there every time we’re in Baton Rouge.

I love that there was a mini kitchen, with the appliances needed. I am a late sleeper, and I don’t like the idea you have to get dressed and go downstairs for breakfast. I purchased what I need and just enjoy my breakfast and watch tv, because I don’t get the chance to watch morning shows.

I can’t say that there was anything thing that I didn’t like

The suites have a lovely kitchenette. The bed was very comfy. The bathroom was nice too. Their breakfast is OUTSTANDING. Never had a better hotel breakfast

The way the water hits the drain in the shower causes an annoying *tink* sound every few seconds and lasts for a few minutes after you turn off the water. A few of the lights in our room didn’t work

The hotel was excellent. The cleanliness, comfort and amenities were excellent.

The only thing that was upsetting for me and my family was the unfriendly and rude black woman that was serving breakfast. I feel that when you work in hospitality you should always have a smile and be polite. The front desk staff were wonderful.

Modern, perfect size, awesome beds, awesome staff, seamless check in and check out. I stayed at a $1000/night hotel and I had better experience here. Will be coming back to this hotel when I return to the area

Needed better cleaning but not bad. Pillows were very soft. Felt like I didn’t have one which gave me neck pains in the morning when I woke up

Very clean, comfy spot in a safe area. If you don’t want to stay downtown, this is the perfect place to rest. It has all the amenities for traveling (fridge, microwave, silverware, coffee maker, toiletries). There was a gym and other common areas we didn’t use, but that would make it a good place for a long stay. There are a couple of malls nearby with nice restaurants. The breakfast was amazing! Cooked on the spot and the cold part was very varied.

the friendly, inviting, hospitable staff was the leading factor. it was clean and the amenities were fantastic including the pool and fitness center. A reception gathering atmosphere was created offering extraordinary beverages in lounging areas. The complimentary breakfast was attractive, organized, clean with lots of good variety and fresh to order eggs, pancakes, and meats with friendly staff.

The location was prime! Right next to the mall and my place of business. There were plenty of eating options around, and the location just felt safe. Additionally, this is the only hotel I've stayed at in Baton Rouge where the water didn't smell bad.

There was only one thing about the entire stay that I wasn't a fan of. There was only one tiny trashcan, located in the bathroom in the whole room. I like to throw everything away, but had to stack all trash on a table due to no trashcans.
