First of all, I'd like to mention the customer service there, we were able to cancel another hotel that we booked and after that we chose that hotel. We arrived and the lady showed us the room and only after that we booked that hotel. Room was clean, everything is on place and working without any issues. I'd even re-checked how many stars does this hotel have. So, considering 2 stars they were beyond my expectations. Breakfast was the same both days but there are some options that can help to make it diverse for several days. Our family was satisfied with what they had there. One more thing I'd like to highlight is the soundproof of the rooms, it's really good.

From the moment we walked in the sweetest lady checked us in for the night. She had a smile the entire time and made us feel beyond welcomed. She asked how we were doing and how our day was going. You don’t see this too much anymore with workers. She took the time to show us she cared. I wish I would have gotten her name. She asked us every time we passed the front desk if there was anything we needed or if she could get something for us. We went swimming and the pool was very clean and the perfect size to have a great time. My son swam for 2 hours and didn’t want to get out. It was so nice to have pool towels there to just grab and dry off. The stairs by the elevator were super easy to take to get to the second floor. Great option if you need to just run up to the room super fast. The beds and pillows were clean and veryyyyy comfy. We can’t wait to go back!!

The only complaint we have is that the doors are very heavy and you can hear every single time someone closes a door. This will def not stop us from staying here again.

All the staff encountered were very friendly and informal. GerTena Tillman especially displayed exceptional customer service by providing a speedy check in, answering questions about their hotel, giving great recommendations for things to do and eat in the area and being very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean, the beds and pillows were soft add comfortable.

The only critique we had was the showers were a bit out dated but the water pressure and adjustable shower head were great. There was a bit of improvement being made to the hotel during our stay so the ice machine on the first floor was out of service, sending us to the third floor to retrieve ice, but that was not a big deal at all.

We stopped at this Sleep Inn on our way from Hot Springs, AR to New Orleans on our way to a cruise. The hotel is relatively new and that is always a positive. Everything in the room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was wholesome--always good when there are eggs!

The floor space around the king-size bed could have been more generous.. Newer suitcases that have zippers down the middle and have to be opened on the floor, are hard to work with when floor space is limited. Otherwise, it was all good!

First I want to give Ciera a great and wonderful applaud for everything. From the checking in process to the end was very nice, quick and with ease. I was there for a basketball tournament with my daughter and her team and I had plans on driving back to Slidell, La but after shopping at the outlet and eating after the game it was late so I just decided that it would be best to get a room. So I booked and arrived and was very happy. No issues with anything. Ciera really made me feel at ease and let me know that if I needed anything to let her know. When I arrived up to the room I was very happy that I also had a room on the top floor. The room was very clean, smelled great, and had enough space. The shower OMG was amazing. I will surely be back.

Just wish they had bacon for breakfast

Recent upgrades give a 3-star rating appearance. Very clean and "new". Massage shower head in spacious shower was relaxing. Very comfortable stay with suitable breakfast bar that is included. Also, Cracker Barrel was right next door.

The only downside I saw, was being near major roads, the pool time was very noisy

It's really close to my mom's Dr, the reason we come. They always recognize me upon entering, if they don't, we had just not met. Always pleasant, hotel always clean, quiet access to anywhere I need to go in a few short minutes. It's great . I've locked or lost my key card a few times, even a few times within a Stay lol they always accommodate and make me another, never ever bothered. Or omg u again lol Very nice young ladies at the front and throughout the hotel itself. If anything in this is considered in the staff personal reviews then it needs to reflect the atmosphere the staff there creates. they do a great job! and make you want to return. As long as I bring my mom for her visits the Sleep Inn is where we will stay. My booking is placed before we ever checkout each time.

My staycation as I call it is never long enough. Lol

Facility was very pristinely clean staff was excellent friendly & helpful bed was very comfortable room excellent

My only complaint is i like to sleep in a cold room the air conditioner didn't keep room cool I had temperature set on lowest setting (66 degrees) air conditioner kept shutting off and on room never got cold i didn't sleep as well as I needed

Comfortable & A good price

Breakfast was poorly filled & no one came to refill items needed the whole time we ate. There was no biscuits, one piece of bread , cold eggs & sausage After we ate I went to the desk and ask them where the person was that was supposed to be to be taking care of the breakfast supplies & she said “ she’s coming now”. It was about time & most things were out & it was only 8 o’clock

This hotel is right by the 4 cloverleaf freeway and right next to cracker barrel yet it was quiet, cozy, and clean. The staff was very gracious and accommodating. I traveled with my wife and newborn baby, and we rested with comfort and peace of mind. Everything was clean. The breakfast is simple but quite good and just what we needed.

Everything was excellent. I would recommend this place to a friend.
