I loved everything! The staff was welcoming, check in was quick. I was accommodated without having to ask. The amenities were nice and clean. Breakfast was amazing! Joe was extremely helpful and he continuously made sure we were comfortable. I haven’t experienced customer service like this in a loooong time so it was refreshing! I almost booked another night but I had to leave town. Everything was clean, cozy, and convenient!

The Wi-Fi was kinda iffy. It did not connect to some devices at all.

the rooms were very comfortable. The room was apartment styled. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the room. The quietness of the grounds was great. It was close to the mall. The sites i visited were all within 2 miles. I would definitely choose to stay again. The fact that You can cook and some dishes are provided makes it extra convenient.

The property was very small so I had no view of the grounds(if they had any). The size of the lot made it feel sort of confined.

I love the size of the room and the location the staff was amazing and the breakfast was good, the beds were very comfortable I will go back

The pool was closed for the entire stay, the floors in the room was dirty and sticky,and the curtains were slashed in every room and I just couldn't get that musty smell out of the room.

The staff Mrs.Dee was excellent goes above and beyond great attitude I love it

Breakfast staff spoke no English,wasn't no food out when went to get breakfast had to wait on eggs bacon eggs was raw trash was running over area was very dirty it was ridiculous

Only thing I didn't like was the fire pit wasn't working lol... No but seriously I didn't dislike anything about the place

TownePace Suites is our favorite with the double rooms and beds. We did not have our dog with us this time, but they are pet friendly. The staff was wonderful. We always appreciate having a kitchen. The right amount of space and everything you need to relax and enjoy a quiet time reading a book, going for a walk, good food close by.

Weekend breakfast was a little lacking. Also staff needed to keep things stocked better.

Space, clean everything was great just a few things broken hole in bathroom wall and kitchen cabinet door broke orther then that it was great!

Elevator was broken we was on 3rd floor that sucked.

We went Christmas Eve it was freezing cold the heater did not work in the room...I called the front desk twice The next morning I told her the heater never worked.She claimed to note it and they would give me money back on the room.Never happened also that morning her heater went out in the front office so she was complaining oh now you see how it feel

The staff Ms. Dee, Genesis and I forgot the other young lady's name but I know it starts with an L, were exceptional.....the best friendly staff you could ask for.
