Easy access from the interstate. Very clean.

Couldn’t contact the hotel by phone before arrival date to make changes with the booking reservation or to make definitive requests at the hotel or just to confirm the booking reservation. Shower turn knob was hard to engage in the on and off position. Not enough face cloths towels. Noisy guests in the hotel room above us. Pounding their feet on the floor for hours.

People at the front desk was the best part. Polite kind and always welcoming. Room was spacious and clean. Not typical new school furniture. It was kind of old school. But it’s okay. Even though it’s right next to i10 it Quiet and peace at night.

Everyone is very courteous and professional. Each Associate made me feel comfortable and always smiling and so very kind. When I needed anything they were always courteous and made sure that I received what I requested. I fill the safest at this LA Quinta Hotel Inn and Suites off of Seigen Lane. This is my hotel of choice! In the last few months I have spent numerous nights in hotel rooms. This hotel WINS!! HANDS DOWN. I can only imagine how GREAT this hotel will look after the renovations! I absolutely love EVERYTHING About this hotel.

The bed was clean and comfortable. Good location on Highway and easy to find. We enjoyed the breakfast. Not fancy but good. There were waffles, toast, muffins, fruit, cereal, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, juice, coffee. The staff were all friendly. Very good value for the price.

When we drove into the parking area the building looked very run down and the hallway rugs were stained and old looking. However when we entered our room it was a nice surprise. It is an old building but the rooms are renovated. Breakfast room was clean and nice.

Only thing that could have been better is the snacks they sale downstairs need a variety of different stuff

quiet hallways. the front desk on all shifts are nice and accommodating. no werid stuff going on outside at nights

the shower head was a little ragged. they had hot water tho.

Quite n peace. I stayed in few hotels on this block, must say this was the best one by far. Clean n spacious room. Staff is friendly and have good choices in breakfast. Worth the money.

I enjoyed the comfort and space. Room was well kept. Bathroom stocked and as clean as ever. Bed was super soft and smelled great. Overall great stay. I’m always happy with Laquinta!

The elevator needed a sweep and wipe down. But everything else was pleasant and orderly.

Everything was fine with the stay except your one staff member

You had one staff member that chose to make me wait for service until she got off social media. I hate to write this because she is a black woman and I'm a black man so this isn't about race for me.

Beds were comfortable and room was spacious. I liked that the room had a microwave and refrigerator in it. The bathroom was a good size and the water pressure was good. Beds were quite comfortable.

The room was really good but we had a few (what looked like) cockroaches run across both the desk and microwave stand. The room was quite clean, so we are not sure where they came from but this kept us from eating in the room.
