Very comfortable new looking mattressa and nice quality linens. That's the most important thing to me. The room was large and clean and I loved the blackout shades. The bathroom had fast hot water. I had a great night's stay and I'd return!

There was never any food it was always out at 730 everything was gone The night staff man was terrible I ask for extra towels and was told no, he said they are out, I said the kids went to the pool and took towels and he said you just need to wait for them to dry to use for bath - I know that was a lie and I don’t understand what the problem was asking for a towel. The day lady was amazing very accommodating, always nice and helpful

I’ve stayed at the Now Days Inn while it was Seigen Inn.. And I’m very pleased.. The Hotel is very nice now. Yes they are still working on parts of the hotel, but it’s still very clean and the noise level is minimal. I enjoyed my visit!

They were very nice. All smiled and spoke. Need help they didn't mind with whatever it was. I came to celebrate 17 years of friendship with my best friend and I was a bit out there, drunk. But the staff was nice and did not follow us around the building like we are children. They kept the parking lot clean. When I come back I do have a place I feel comfortable staying.

The traffic trying to get into the hotel. O and the room door I had to slam it for it to catch wasn't a big deal but could be for the next.

Breakfast was great.. waffles, eggs,sausage,biscuits as well as cereal, toast, muffins,yogurt and fixings to make instant oatmeal, etc. More than most offer for this price. Comfortable,quiet room with all you really need for a one or two night stay. Extra towels and plenty of hot water. Surprising room refrigerator that actually cooled and froze some bottles in the freezer that we wanted frozen lol. Easy on and off for people making the I 12/I 10 świtchover while traveling to miss New Orleans. Would stay again. The attendant that checked us in was so friendly and accommodating of a few small requests I made. I know this should be taken for granted but lately it's hard to find in many hotels. This one acted like we were welcomed and not a chore like most young people do nowadays. Didn't get her name but she was on duty at 7 pm Aug 14th.

They appear to be remodeling and some small trim in bathroom ceiling wasnt finished,but not enough to keep me from staying.

The property was very clean,the manager on duty was very helpful when booking charged me twice for the same stay.

The hotel is smoke free but as soon as we walked in it smelled like smoke all throughout the elevators. Once we made it to our room it was ok. The breakfast was very poor selection.

Tucked away from main streets so quieter. Very clean. Perhaps a bit more Clorox odor than I prefer but definitely clean. Remodeling has occurred so fresher carpets and rooms.

Breakfast was moderate. Adding more oatmeal, yogurt and improved juice would be good. ( some of us can’t eat waffles/ muffins). Simple upgrade of room esthetic via paint, more tables would improve the overall experience

I loved the clerk very nice she made we had everything we need. Both upon arrival to the time we left.

Location was great, property felt safe. Front desk workers were very helpful and kind. Online check in was very quick and easy.

Breakfast was disappointing. Trash left in trash can from previous guest. But the room was very clean. Smell of marijuana strong in the halls.

From the moment I arrived, it was pleasant from the front desk and on to my room. I was greeted with a fresh scent in the hallways and when I opened the door to my room, it looked liked the photo online. I needed one night of good rest and I got it!
