Location

The room attendant apparently was not finished in the from as she used her key and entered the room while my husband and I was putting our luggage away. He told her to go ahead and come in, however I’m sure that made her uncomfortable as she didn’t see me on the other side of the wall. She said oh no it’s ok. I noticed the vent to the air unit was disassembled and the coffee maker as well. Made me feel as if the room was not properly cleaned or finished and instead of her stating that she just left and I had to put these items back in order.

Staff was kind and courteous. Place was very clean and quiet. Great location. Breakfast was amazing with the variety of things you had to choose from. Bed was super comfortable, normally the bed is way too soft or lumpy. This one was perfect for my needs. All in all great place to stay and will be back when I’m on this side again.

Great location and friendly staff

The lounge chair in my room was filled with white dog hair that I had to clean off before I could attempt to sit. Then I still didn’t sit on it because I was worried it would still have hair that would get on my clothing and I had a work thing. What if others are allergic to the hair? They should make sure that their isn’t pet dander and hair left from other guests!!!

I liked everything about our stay, we just needed somewhere to stay for the night and I’m glad we came across this hotel. Rooms were spacious and clean. Front desk was fenomenal, I don’t remember the name of the man that was working front desk but he was amazing and very polite.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like.

No way to get coins in the lobby or laundry room. I didn't have quarters neither did they have any at the desk. I had just got off a ten cruise and I wanted to wash a load of clothes, before starting my drive back to North Carolina. That's just a comment not a complaint.

The management was nice and customer service was great rooms was very clean . The bed felt like I was sleeping on clouds and they had full breakfast from 7am-10am trust I’ll be staying again when I visit

They had people working ( drlling) to early for my liking that it woke me up to early

The coffee was available 24 hours and it was excellent. The sausage had an excellent flavor. The location is great if you are interested in shopping! Multiple choices of dining within walking distance.

The breakfast was not the usual quality that we receive at Holiday Inn. There was no fruit (waiting on delivery truck), the belt was broken on the pancake maker, and the bacon was empty and the eggs. It took quite a while for them to be filled. Also there were no grits and it was clearly stated on the menu. The “warm” cinnamon rolls were frozen.

Comfortable and was able to get extra of things we needed.

Front desk told us breakfast was 6-9 but when we went it didn’t start until 7. That was inconvenient as we were traveling and we planned breakfast there since it was supposed to start at 6.

I only stay in Holiday Inn Express hotels b/c I can count on them being nice and comfy.

This particular hotel was ok, it seemed to be a bit older than the ones I have have at. The staff great!! Breakfast food not so much.

Staff were wonderful and friendly, rooms were very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great.

Our air conditioner/heater was propped up with a piece of timber not attached properly and there were bits of skirting board missing.
