I felt it was a good deal for the room. The shade was broken and I could not lift it desk said it was broken, but in all fairness, they did offer to give me a different room, but it was getting dusk anyways walking distance to three fast food and other restaurants also, I felt the staff was very friendly eating the cleaning girls who did not speak. English were very friendly and seemed to understand what I was asking all smiling people.

Again, as mentioned above, the sunshade was broken I could not put it up. They seem to know ahead of time that it was broken because when I called the desk, they called me back and said yes the girls said it was broken girls mean the cleaning girls who by the way we’re very very friendly. I think they should’ve told me that I would have no view with the broken shade considering they didn’t know about it.

Breakfast was good, room was cute, bed was comfortable. Lobby decor and feel was nice and modern.

Location was convenient to freeway, and not too far from town, but definitely no place to go walking. Surrounded by concrete and big box type stores. We did find a sweet little latin coffee shop, but walking there was nearly impossible due to no safe pedestrian street crossing. We managed to run across and not get hit, but don't know if we'd try it again.

Every staff member I encountered had a smile, was happy and eager to help me. Also continually checked on me considering my medical condition which is not in their job description but they happily watched over me. They were Awesome! Can't say enough good things about them!

Honestly there wasn't one thing I can claim upset, disappointed or pissed me up. I had not felt like a Queen since my husband passed until I stayed here which I felt like a Queen the whole stay. Awesome Place with Awesome People!

The location was a little out of the way; I had stayed at the other Tru in Baton Rouge before, but accidentally booked this one this time. Both are excellent.

A little out of the way. I accidentally left something in the room, called early next morning and supposedly it hadn't been found. I was disappointed in that.

The beds were very comfy and the hotel itself was in a prime location near everything.

Housekeeping was loud and rude as they were cleaning. They were banging against the walls and moving furniture in a very aggressive manner. I thought someone was fighting. They also had caution floor signs everywhere even though the floors were never wet. There were some many that someone could have easily had an accident tripping over one. Especially the ones in the immediate walkways.

Cleanliness, comfort of bedding, bath products, welcome screen on TV & decor were great! Staff is so attentive & friendly. We also appreciated the “pet extras” like doggy biscuits & door tag! My autistic son travels better with his dog so that is very important to us.

1.) Would have liked breakfast during the week to extend until 10 am instead of it ending at 9am — especially since we were on vacation for Spring Break. 2.) For safety, it is imperative to have mats at the entrances & walkways for rainy days or when mopping is taking place. We checked out on a rainy 3/17/23 & I fell in the lobby bruising & skinning my knee. This pain was felt on my entire drive out of state as we continued on our travels. Must say that the staff was very helpful providing bandages/ice packs & manager gave me her card. Accident could have been avoided with mats so please take action to avoid falls that could be far worse than mine.

This is by far one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Quality INN in Clarksville TN gave us the same experience that you gave us and we are very much appreciated because truth is the staff is what makes the hotel. Good team members are hard to find, I hope you appreciate your team because they know how to be nice and helpful. Your cleaning crew needs a raise. When they clean that good, you don't ever want to lose them, Whoever is leading and guiding them, pat yourself on the back because you are doing an amazing job!!! Thank you for all you do.

Had to switch from king room to queen room. Shade to room parking was automatic and did not come down Very tricky getting into hotel road behind several hotels but very nice facility and quiet location Christy very nice staff both arriving and departing

The staff is amazing and so nice customer service is everything to me I had a slight issue and they had patience and helped me fix it I'll always stay here anytime I'm in the area so clean and smells good

I think the thing I don’t like and would like changed because I want to stay there every time I visit now is that the second roller in the window should offer a darker shade, I couldn’t really sleep once the sun rose because the shade is too thin and light. Oh and breakfast needs an update or variety.
