I've stayed at this location a few times. This time we were there for Mardi Gras on the weekend of February 28th. The staff is great. Everyone is so nice and courteous. I was allowed to check in over the phone because we were having a few issues getting there and didn't know when we would arrive. The young lady that was servicing the breakfast area was awesome! She told us about a few local spots to try. She was so resourceful and helpful. She went above and beyond for my family and I. Thanks!!!

The location, just off I10, is ideal for me. The staff, all of them, is very helpful and friendly. The bed was just right for me, not too soft. Food options nearby are very good. My room was very clean and well furbished. There are enough electrical outlets, which cannot be said for some other hotels. Overal agood experience.

The coffee maker, I like the ones where I can make my own coffee. But then, the ones in the hotel are not going to be taken home, as "souvenir"

The staff was very friendly & welcoming. From the front desk, to the room service, and the breakfast team. Everyone made my family and I feel so comfortable and at home. Rooms were a decent price and very clean and comfy. I will definitely be back

The reception couldn’t get me checked my room was paid for through booking.com I had my confirmation In everything it was a mess it took us a hour to get checked in but booking.com took care of problem in called them staff was very untrained she kept making phone calls

Easy to get to, staff was friendly, felt safe, there’s plenty of food options & gas stations available close by. I liked the price & have another reservation for January to stay another night

Bathtub looked a little grungy but hopefully clean since I relaxed with a bath bomb. The drapes were not attached on top where they come together so I used a chip clip to keep them closed during the night.

The breakfast was okay. The biscuits on Sunday were dry and hard so it was difficult to split them for use with the gravy. Other days the breakfast was okay but kind of one note with the options being pretty much identical each day.

The staff was very accommodating and welcoming. My son and his wrestling team-mates came back to the hotel around 9:00 pm after a full day of wrestling. One of the teens made a comment about being hungry and wanting a snack. A staff member heard them and said, “I’ll go bake y’all some cookies. They’ll be ready in 20 minutes.” She brought them some fresh baked cookies and they were so grateful. The boys also enjoyed their breakfast the next morning. The hotel was clean and it is located near many restaurants.

B'fast was ok; coffee could have been better and more readily available. We stayed in several Quality Inns on this vacation and it had to have been the nicest (lobby area, room, inside/hallway entry into room); although we did have some difficulty at check-in. We were comped a days charge when we checked out. Thank you.

there was a problem with our check-in; got to the room and it had not been cleaned. We waited about an hour and a half for a housekeeping person to come (from home) to clean room; then there was an issue with the tv not working. Housekeeper was in the room on phone with technician; but my husband (who is a technical person) went in and fixed the plugs into the tv and it worked (housekeeper was still on the phone waiting for service person to tell her how to get tv to work.) After we finally got into our room, there was no more problems with our room or service. While eating b'fast of walking through the lobby we could hear other customer complaints. Somewhat disheartening.

Room -could tell older has had some roof damage that was repaired in bathroom that can tell wasn’t done 100%

close to the mall, interstate, gas, and the fact it was a suite.

The bathroom had mold, the bottom of the tub was stained. I used a towel to put at the bottom of the tub to protect my feet during my shower. checked out a day earlier. Instead of receiving a credit on my card the difference was added to my card and decrease my availability, which happened to me once before.
