The room was clean and large, the beds were comfortable, the bathroom felt like one in an upscale hotel, the breakfast was awesome with hot food, and the staff was wonderful. We will stay again!

The hotel was very clean. The lobby smelled great and was clean, and the room was exceptionally clean. The room was large and decorated well. We stayed during an Arctic blast and the heater kept us comfortable and warm. There was plenty of free parking and the hotel is located behind the Tanger Outlets ( walking distance). We liked that the hotel was right off of I10 highway, but not so close that there's road noise.

The breakfast hours end early. It would be great if breakfast ended at 10 on the weekends. 9 is a little early.

I booked this room for the location and that it included a good hot breakfast.

Upon arrival and check in, I was informed that the breakfast would only be a continental style breakfast due to the holiday. I feel like I should have been notified prior.

Hotel was clean and smoke-free, which is a huge plus for me! The room & bathroom seem more modern than other Holiday Inns I have stayed at. The breakfast was amazing!! I’d return just for that.

The only thing I didn’t like was the loud music coming from outside the window for about 1-1.5 hours. There were also various moments when it sounded like cars were prepping for a race at the track 😕

The breakfast was amazing and location was nice. What I liked the most was the shampoo and conditioner and soap that was placed in the room. I was very happy with my stay.

There really wasn't nothing that could make it better it was nice and I would recommend staying there .

I love the size of the room and the design. The bathroom is great especially that walk in shower. Clean room with lots of amenities.

It took a while getting wifi. We had to call the front desk and he needed our confirmation and pin number. Then we had to wait over 20 minutes to get but that was the only complaint.

Our rooms were comfortable and spacious. The staff was courteous and helpful. They were knowledgeable about the area. The food was excellent. We enjoyed being next to the outlet mall.

Amazing front desk and housekeeping staff. It’s close to LSU and New Orleans. Yhis property is very clean!

The mattresses need to be replaced they have dents in them!

Staff is very friendly and breakfast was very nice also. Very clean and plenty to choose from.
