We liked the convenience of being able to walk directly into our room from the outside. We also liked how clean the room felt, as if it was recently updated. The bed was very comfortable and enjoyed the convenience of having a couch in the room also breakfast options.

We prefer to have the sink enclosed with the bathroom for more privacy. Do not like how the sink is out in the opening facing the door. We felt it is redundant and wasteful having to pick up a new breakfast coupon each morning. Would like for breakfast to be served until 10am for late sleepers.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The lady at the front desk was wonderful! We very much love the restaurants and how nice everything was in the main area. We didn’t get to use the pool because of the rain, but it was very nice and the water was beautiful.

We were a little disappointed in our rooms. It was pretty small and compact. We are also pretty sure that someone had been smoking in the room as our daughter broke out really bad when we stayed there for only one night. Also the room smelled of cigarettes and I asked several times to please make sure we were a non-smoking room.

While getting dress a man with a room key just walked in the room and didn't knock or identify as a employee was very frightening

If I could rate it higher than a 10, I would have! Everything was perfect, from the staff to the quality of the room!!! The room smelled so good the entire time I was there. I couldn't think of one single negative thing!

The location and the cleanliness of the property.The check in lady I encountered Friday evening was friendly and the older African American cleaning lady who was mopping the lobby Sunday afternoon was very sweet and polite.

The toilet in the room was defective. The ladies on the breakfast shift Saturday morning wasn’t friendly.

Location was convenient to the interstate and there was plenty of retail nearby. Room was quiet and clean. Decent fitness center (see "didn't like" though).

It is difficult to find the front desk when first arriving at the property. (The trick is to drive around back, to the left, and under the tall, white canopy.). The fitness center was out of wipes, had no working clock and one of the universal machines was out-of-service. Breakfast ended at 9a and at that time the buffet was wiped out - I only got a handful of bacon strips and some grits to go with my coffee (tasty bacon and excellent grits though). I also thought that this motel had a no-pet policy but it has a dog run and I heard several dogs barking during my stay.

Very clean, staff was extremely nice, felt very comfortable and safe, and it was surrounded by lots of food places.

There was nothing I didn’t like about the place.

Breakfast was pretty good, the lady that was taking tickets, and refilling food was amazing, sweet, just over all made our morning. Loved the people there. We plan on returning to LA, and our decision was made clearly on the people we encountered on our trip. You guys are awesome!! Thanks

Having to come home.

The quiet with the exception of one morning when the workers were going to work. They were a bit loud, one yelling from almost in front of my room to someone above us. The breakfast was great.

The door needed to be fitted better. You could outside through the opening.

I like the staff, the room was clean with lots of brand new towels. The price for the room is very affordable and the cleaning staff answered quickly when I called them.

No elevators to use so you have climb up the stairs with your luggage. The rooms are dated and the door to the room was hard to open and close.
