The breakfast had a good variety - pastries, cereals, yogurt, scrambled eggs, sausage. Hot items were hot and the dining area was clean and spacious. The property had an excellent location for our needs, with easy access to restaurants, shopping and the Expo center.

My only complaint about the property was an overflowing garbage can near the side entrance. Obviously guests had been "partying" at the outdoor smoking area and their mess had not been cleaned up by the time of our visit.

I like how it was peaceful, near a lot of food place, great stuff, free breakfast, free parking and outlet across the highway.

I didn't like how you could see the hallway from the door in the room.

Had a last minute change of itinerary and didn't think I would find a hotel at that time of night... Not only did they accommodate my family and I... they were quick on setting us up and made our stay very smooth and desirable considering we were not expecting to find anything. I'll be back without a doubt!

Only a minor negative but nothing worth complaining about..

Staff was really friendly from the moment we checked in. Rooms were decent. The breakfast served in the mornings were very good.

They were not entirely clean I did find the cleaning powder left in the toilet when we first got in and there was a black spot on the ceiling in the restroom I'm assuming from humidity.

Breakfast was great. I enjoyed.

Bed sheets on one of my beds seemed to be worn in some spots, I assumed ice machines were on every floor, no covering over smoking area. Other than those things, I enjoyed my stay even though it was one night.

Was not anything left when we went down they need to work on this a little better you should always have it stocked till close

No hot food no one around to help it was also dirty

Location. Friendly staff. Decent breakfast. Decent room.

Room flooring was a litter slippery maybe from condensation. Doesn’t feel ‘warm’ or ‘cozy’.

it was close to where I needed to go and had a large area to walk the dogs.

I was on the 3rd floor with 2 dogs and the elevator was extremely slow, which was frustrating. the ice machine on the 3rd floor wasn’t even on so I had to go down to the first floor at all hours of the night for drinks. The night desk clerk apparently didn’t want to stay there so there was a sign posted with his number in case “anyone needed anything”.

Location just around the corner from location I had to work!

Only downside was ice was on 3rd floor, but there was some construction going on the first floor!

the front desk ladies work hard to get us a room at 9 PM when we arrive and I appreciate them and their concern and efforts.

The manager cancelled my reservation made through Booking.com and I do not see where I received a phone call. So I get to the hotel and we have no room. We are staying there so we can take a sick dog to the MEd Vet in Metaire LA. So we cant just go to the next hotel for a room with a pet. So I beg and the sweet girls at the front findme a room that has a problem with the door however that doesnt effect us since we are there one night only. I am thankful to the ladies at the front desk.
