We loved the location. We were there for a speedcubing competition at the robotics school and it was just right down the road! The front staff were all excellent and had great customer service also!

Possibly the lighting, or more towels in the bathroom. had to go down and get more, and they asked us to bring out dirty ones down if we got a chance, which we were leaving the next morning so i wasnt sure the point in it.

Very nice hotel. The sraff were very nice and helpful.

The kitchen area and batroom could have been cleaner. Coffee pod left in ciffee maker. Some kind of growth behind soap dispensers in the shower/bath. Otherwise no major problems.

I really like the facility, it's staff, it's pricing and it's location. I like that though the kitchen was closed grab and go breakfast was still provided.

The only reason I didn't give an overall rating of excellent for all is because there was maintenance being performed and the outside of the building and parking lot was covered with equipment.

Beds were comfortable, our room was clean, and the entire building smelled fresh and clean, and snacks & drinks were reasonably priced

The hair dryer did not work in the room, and breakfast was only juice, coffee, fruit, and muffins.

Everything. The bed was comfortable and clean. The bathroom was clean.

Breakfast options and the acceptance of animals when some guests have an allergy to animal hair.

It was very clean and the room was a great size. It was much bigger than we expected.

The only thing that I can say I didn’t like was not having enough wash cloths for our family. understandably, we had to keep trading out, but we didn’t even start with enough. We had two cloths for 4 people.

Quiet and ticked away.

My only complaint was the cable went out. Luckily for me we went to NOLA to watch the Super Bowl

The Front Desk Employees was so very nice and helpful when we got there to check in and on the telephone before we got to the hotel. We will definitely stay at this hotel again. One of the best!!! The entire hotel was clean and quiet after the guest got their flurry animal quiet and We didn't have any problems going to sleep.

There were No Issues and nothing we didn't like.

The room was nice and spacious. Although I didn’t use the stovetop, it’s always nice to have just in case.

Close to everything and well maintained and pet friendly.

There were quite a few staff members and patrons that were smoking marijuana on site.
