The staff was so sweet and nice, especially Ms Mary! She made sure everything was just right for us. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was good, egg sausage, cereal and waffles. For the price it was a good experience. Spacious parking. We were there for a tournament and most of our teammates picked more expensive hotels and only had horror stories to tell. My son and I were very lucky to have a good experience with Quality Suites.

Even though it was a non-smoking room and there were clear signs of no smoking, our room did have a smokey smell, but brought it up to the manager and they were able to change our room and didn't have any more issues.

The staff was very friendly and engaging upon checking in. The beds were comfortable and the A/C was cold, which was important to me. The hotel is located directly off the highway and easily accessible. Several places to eat and shop (Walmart) are within walking distance, but we still drove.

The decor is dated and there were some areas that needed cleaning attention. But we weren't there for the ambiance. It was a stop-over on a road trip.

Booking.com messed up and then refused to make it right. I was left sitting in the lobby for hours. I used booking often, however, I will never book another trip on this platform and I will make it my life’s goal to make sure everyone I meet around the world hears about this. Booking.com is the worst platform ever

I Love the location of the facility, i never got to eat the breakfast, my room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly, the rate was a lil high , overall the stay at the Quality Inn was very good. and I will be returning when i need to be. i will also promote your facility to all my family and friend. thanks

I was impressed with the location. The hotel was clean and the rooms were big. I work for a comfort suite in New Orleans and it was nice to see a sister hotel meet our expectations.

The only thing I had a problem with was the breakfast. Lack of variety and the food looks old. Was not appealing to the eye. other than that the place was cool. Another thing, I asked for a late checkout. There was NO communication between the front desk and the housekeepers. That is definitely not a good look. A housekeeper can walk in on a guest assuming the room is empty. If you don't want an upset guest cross your T's and dot your I's.

The gathering area, the front desk lady, Mary, made our stay excellent. She met all of our needs and requests. The rooms were a good value.

I wish there were more washers and dryers. Also, the towels were scarce.

It was a clean and comfortable room had everything we needed fridge, microwave, coffee maker,TV. The property is right off the highway close to some restaurants

1st room was very dirty. Had to change rooms when I was about to shower. Had to get dressed quick because employee wanted to see (didn't believe me?) VERY annoying. No comp.

Our checkin by Mary Gros, staff on duty, was fantastic! She was very helpful selecting the best rooms for our particular needs and made us feel welcome and safe. Our stay with two rooms for two nights was excellent. Thanks so much.

Friendly crew, Shared information we were looking for. My wife left the phone in the cafeteria and the front desk representative came all the way to my room to return it. Thanks a ton. The crew were so cooperative, that in the morning during breakfast my kid by mistake kept the bread toaster on high and which resulted in smoke and we have Fire truck and Police man in the hotel. Thanks to the crew, they managed all this without even letting us know. Really thank to Quality Suites team. Overall the hotel is very good. Spacious in and out Enough Parkings slots Rooms were big enough for family Cleanliness - top notch

Bottled water was missing in the room. I think they should add at least 2 complimentary water bottles per day.
