The property was nice. The location was nice. The only thing that I was concerned about was that there were black dirt or mold inside the shower on the door as well as in the cracks of the shower. The showerhead was extremely high, so I couldn’t adjust it. Also, there was a handicap bar in inside the tub, so it wasn’t much room to bathe. Everything else was really nice including the staff. The parking was a major issue, but it was a big event happening the same weekend so that’s to be expected. Other than that, this property was great.

Location

Light wasn't working in the shower. I reported it and it never was looked at during my three night stay. Housekeeping never came to replace the towels or make the beds. There were white stains on the sofa,I'm not sure what it was so we just stayed away from it. The cushions on the couch were torn open. Sad because I have stayed here every year for the last several years and it has really gone downhill.

The staff is friendly and helpful. The property is in a good location and convenient. Overall it is a nice place. My go to when I travel to Louisiana.

The pool! It had a light pulled out and just sitting on the side of the pool. The pool needs some maintenance work and cleaned. None of the equipment worked in the exercise room, it smelled off and it has broken equipment in there. Definitely need a later than noon checkout for a late checkout option especially since you can’t check in till after 3pm. A hot tub would be beneficial as well!!

Very clean, comfortable, new and modern place, perfectly located if travelling on the I10 like us. Lady from reception was very nice. Free parking.

Breakfasts as all Inn in Usa are very processed and not very healthy, bread dsn’t taste good (sweet) butter is margarine, coffee is watery, cereals and bakery is so so sweet. Not trying to be mean, just let people coming from culinary tradition that after a week I was starving for some fresh breakfast and last day just skipped the breakfast, since I could smell the processed breakfast from the room… Swimming pool is great as well.

The staff was friendly and welcoming. The hotel was clean. Location was perfect for our needs for travel. My kids felt comfortable which was the most important thing to us traveling as a family!

We came back late Saturday night and had no available parking but the staff was very helpful and assisted us getting settled and making it work!

The staff was great, very helpful recommending places to eat and answer questions about the area. Room was clean and the breakfest bar was good.. All day free coffee and apples. I will return if Im back in the area.

I have not stayed at a Best Western in a long time, but I have stayed at a number of other hotel/motels in the same price range. I was very pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness, comfort, quietness and overall value of this hotel. The room smelled good when we entered, which is not common at this price point. The breakfast buffet met my expectations, so I have no complaints about the food. I would definitely return to this hotel and recommend it to others.

The parking lot for the hotel is very dark at night. It could use more lighting. I did not notice any other issues.

I liked the comfy beds, it was like sleeping on clouds I also liked the clean hallway carpet was. The breakfast was pretty good as well. Overall comfortable hotel just needs a deeper tlc

I didn't like the bathroom uncleanness, it was mold everywhere at the top, on the sides and bottom drain had hair left in it, it was very nasty, water spots all over the kleenex box and a towel left under the sink behind the previous guests I'm guessing

Pool could have been cleaned and pool like installed instead of sitting on ledge of pool and rooms on 3rd floor are hot for a long while to cool off keep them at lower temps then 72 and pellows are to soft but other then that love it

Updated, clean,fast and friendly front desk, bed and bedding were fine, quiet,skipped breakfast but grabbed coffee and apples and left very early, coffee machine was my favorite and the coffee was excellent, very close to I 12.

Nothing to say bad about this property.
