It was in a great location we were here to go to Topgolf and it was 3 minutes away, we could’ve walked there! Our friends were also staying in this hotel and they had checked in before us and noticed there was a door for connecting rooms and when we checked in they accommodated us with the room right beside theirs to be able to have the room with connecting doors! The staff was very extremely friendly, everything was super clean, if we ever need a hotel in Baton Rouge we will definitely be back here it was in a great spot.

There is nothing to complain about.

The property was Neat Cleaned and Organized and close to the mall.

The staff stayed sitting in the back whenever trying to check in. I had to wait 15 minutes to be checked in cause no one was at the front desk. Just the person at the bar was working. The person that checked me in didn’t explain anything about the amenities like the pool. Whenever I went to get something in the lobby to get some water I went to see if I had to pay for it, once again no one at the front desk so I walked out the hotel and then the lady working the bar ran behind me to see if I wanted to pay for the water of course I said well I waited and no one was at the desk she told me I had to come in and wait cause the person working the front desk was on break. I paid $3.50 for a bottle of water which was ridiculous.

Location was in a great place. Handicapped room was good and accessible. Bathroom had a shower chair that fit in the tub shower. I had to have some help to lower the shower head, but once I got it lowered, I could shower with no problems. They offered me to move to a room with a shower, but I told them that I could work with the tub shower.

Height of the shower head , if I were alone, it would have been tougher to adjust it down, but I had help.

Everything was good. The bed was nice. I absolutely loved the shower. Plenty of parking. Housekeeping was even nice. If I had to give a grade, it would be an A- or a B+

I didn't like the fact that there was not a microwave in the room. The Jacuzzi wasn't warm. I didn't like the fact that we had to pay for breakfast even after the room was $169 for 1 night.

Staff

Windows wouldn't close tightly or lock. So thin was the glass that we heard everything outside. Location on Mall exit road, those leaving the mall were making it impossible for guests trying to get to hotel. Police officers needed to direct traffic and arrest law breakers.

The awesome food Mr. David rocks! Great service Mrs. Crystal front desk absolutely adorable so attentive ❤️❤️❤️❤️

It was clean and the beds was comfortable

One elevator was broken I take the stairs anyway but most folks couldn't that was with me and not a lot of choices for breakfast

the staff was extremely friendly, the rooms were so cleaned and everything just was so orderly.

The lighting in the rooms were not bright enough
