I did love your lady working the breakfast bar, she was awesome. so professional and polite as she explained what your front desk failed to explain that the breakfast was not included.

I didn't like that you do not include breakfast for that price (a cheaper hotel would have) and the sign you had to pay for your breakfast was not adequate. 1. it listed the wrong price. 2. it was in a font you can barely read. 3. It was very small. 4. It was in a place you don't really see it; I walked by it. And so did others I noticed. You should have one at the bar itself. This is why I lowered your value rating; I think breakfast should be complimentary especially at your prices.

I've stayed at this property in the past. For the most part, it's always a great stay. This time kind of missed the mark. As always, great Staff. Hotel LOBBY was clean. The room and bathroom were clean. However, the floors need to be mopped. I'm sure they vacuum, but a good mopping would make a big difference. Water was hot in shower and heat was adequate in room. There was no musty smell as we entered. Price was reasonable. Hotel was quiet, and no kids running around or doors being slammed. Overall, good stay.

Floors in room were not clean. Also, the bed was uncomfortable. Mattress sagged a bit.

I’m not a germophob, but I do have a documented phobia of invasive bugs, so I need cleanliness 24/7. I don’t stay in hotels unless it’s absolutely necessary. And I must say, this was one of the best experiences I had in a very long time at a hotel. Super clean. Even when I wiped down the wooden floors upon arriving, I picked up very little dirt. I actually slept peacefully in a hotel, so thank you! Also, the lady that checked me in was very nice.

The inside of my comforter had, what looked like a make-up stain. No biggie; I didn’t need it. The young lady that checked me out wasn’t very friendly. She didn’t even look at me.

The location was great! We were by everything that we needed, from the stores to the restaurants. We stayed in the presidential suite, which was a decent size. The room has 2 full bathrooms, a living room area, and a separate bedroom. Anytime I saw staff, they would greet me with a smile, which I definitely liked because nowadays people are rude and mean.

I didn't like that the living room bathroom had an odor every time you flushed the toilet or ran the water, so we didn't use that one anymore and just used the bedroom bathroom

The elevators move quickly. The exercise facility is excellent. The staff was friendly and engaging. They were smiling and gave the appearance that they were happy. IHG properties usually have Bibles in the rooms and this one didn't. That is a huge plus for my business and others like ours. Management should check on this. Some of Holiday Inn's competition have Bibles in a drawer in every room. If someone doesn't want to read it they can ignore it and leave it in the drawer. Free wifi is not secure and that is a negative. Logging on was a bit of a chore.

Wi-Fi needs to be secure or its useless to businesspeople, lawyers, or anyone needing confidentiality. No Bibles, bummer.

Great location. Great staff. Very pleased with the room. One of the best nights sleep I’ve had in a while.

The internet wasn’t fast. Very slow. You’d have to pay to have a faster service. I used my hotspot from my phone.

The hotel was spotless and had everything you could need (restaurant, gym, pool, complementary coffee in the room and lobby.). The room was big and very clean. The beds and pillows weee very comfortable. I would definitely stay there again.

I was double charged for my room and still never got a refund on it and breakfast was expensive and was not that great.

The location was perfect for what I was there for. The atmosphere was warm and very friendly. the breakfast bar was very nice as well. Everything was nice and warm and fresh, there was a good selection to choose from. when I'm back in town that's is where I'm going to stay at for sure.

I was only staying a short time so it would not be fair to the establishment to write my dislikes when my experience there was very warm and homely. The staff was very friendly and answered all my questions for me.

Easy location even if you need car to move - average breakfast - staff very kind - room clean and confortable
