Convienietly located. We stopped for one night as a mid way stopping point. I’m a germaphobe and many hotels aren’t to my standard and I was suprised to see our room SPOTLESS! I always check the sheets/mattress, towels for things and found nothing. Everything was clean, from the moment you walk into the lobby, to the room. Kudos to the housekeepers! In the morning there was a gentleman taking out the trash from the main areas so it’s well kept. Even the parking and outside was well kept. I also felt safe knowing there was night security in the parking lot watching over the vehicles. I will definitely stay here again. We stayed on the 7th floor so the highway noise at night didn’t seem to bother me. Breakfast area was nice! It had the basics and clean as well. The person checking us in, Brittney B. Was quick and kind, and the lady that checked us out was super quick and friendly.

I liked everything

Any of the staff such as Kavarre were friendly and accommodating. I received a text welcoming us to the hotel. It was a very nice touch.

My daughter and I are light sensitive when we are sleeping. We had to place a towel at the bottom of our door to stop the light from coming in from the hallway. It was also hard to get to sleep with doors banging shut. I am aware that it was a Saturday night but we really needed the sleep for early morning sporting events that my daughter was participating in.

breakfast was super loved the biscuits and gravy. check in was absolutely wonderful, easy, and the most friendly staff i have ever dealt with--triple stars to them. and later when looking for a taco bell the staff gave us simple to follow directions avoiding the traffic. sooooo friendly and helpful. don't get that too often today.

a closet in the room and a little bit more sink space in bathroom. other than that nothing. we had a great stay, wonderful breakfast and easy access to the hotel.

The staff were fantastic; they were courteous, efficient, and genuinely nice. The hotel was clean and inviting; my room was clean, neat, and stocked. My favorite feature was the bed and pillows because they were so comfortable; I slept great!

My only gripe would be the accessibility of the stairs from the 1st floor. The elevator was slow and I would have taken the stairs if I didn’t have to go outside to access them. It was very rainy, which reduced the desire to take the stairs because I didn’t want to go out in the rain.

Our room 707 was very spacious and clean.. bed was comfortable and bathroom a decent size. The man on reception at check in and check out was an asset to the hotel. Breakfast area was good and there is an all day/night coffee bar.

Unfortunately the pool was not in operation and the pool area looked good with plenty of Sun loungers and chairs and tables.A tiny bit of traffic noise, but not enough to hinder a good nights sleep.

The breakfast was wonderful, and the staff was exceptional. The location of the hotel was perfect for our visit. It was close to restaurants, to LSU's campus, and to downtown Baton Rouge.

There was nothing that we did not like about the hotel, but the road construction going on all over town did cause some confusion and delays. We made the most of it and got to explore more of the city because we tried to detour some of the heavier congestion.

The property was extremely clean and smelled great.

The room I was assigned had someone's luggage in the room after I checked in. The room was clean and ready to be used, but they left the previous guest's property in the room because the guest did not properly check out of the room beforehand. Unfortunately, I was given a smaller room, and even after the previous guest's issues were straightened out, I was not given the larger room back.

It was very clean and staff was very friendly and helpful . Faith very very sweet

The only thing i didnt like is im guessing it was one of the cleanup crew tried to get in my room at 9:00 am before my 11:00 check-out . She kept trying to get it and im believing she got the door open but i had the hook on it so thats the only reason she didnt get in . So very wrong !!!!

Location fine

Sausage patties, hard as carton, rest of food was very average not bad. Attendants close the doors 10 am, with people still eating I want to refill my apple juice drink but can't. I suggest that must not be more food available, but leave the drink dispenser open till every person leave the Dining room.

Hotel met our needs for the night, It was clean and comfortable. Staff was nice. Breakfast was typical stuff, nothing special.

We had issues getting the room key app to work on the phone. It took a while for it to activate and because there was an issue with the physical key card working, it caused the app card to be disabled. It was more trouble than it was worth.
