It was really convenient to the event that we were attending. The staff were nice and friendly.

I didn’t like that the property didn’t have much parking blocking for its tenants. Especially handicapped parking it was only two spots. All the other parking spots were full or shared with the other surrounding businesses. I didn’t think that was right. I also didn’t like the fact that the room was not completely vacuumed because my son found a small pill left in the room on the floor by the television. It made me questioned what else was not cleaned.

The property is very nice and clean. It was located less than a half a mile where I needed to be. It was quiet. Staff extremely friendly.

The only thing I didn't like about the property was the pillows they seem to be feather or not sure of the material but extremely flat very uncomfortable to sleep on there are also no listings in the room for hotel amenities.

I liked no I loved the staff. Destiny at the front desk, Mr. Peter, Miss Darlene everyone was just so nice and friendly.

I very much liked the location. The front desk was very nice. The room satisfied our needs.

The breakfast offered was just meh! I'm not sure how housekeeping worked (if you had to make a request), but housekeeping did not visit our room the first day, so I had to request towels. The second day, I accidentally left the "sleeping" sign on the door.

Breakfast was ok. Location was perfect.

I was charged 100 more dollars than the invoice. I'm not sure if that was a deposit or what. I would appreciate an explanation.

The staff was very friendly. The room seemed very clean and was ready when we arrived at the time I had stated in the reservation, between 1 and 2 p.m.

We didn't spend a whole lot of time at the hotel due to the baseball tournament. So other than the room being nice, I don't have a frame of reference regarding any of the amenities offered.

Friendly staff and room was great. Only problem I had was not knowing where breakfast was being served at. No signs or anything to let you know if was on the 2nd floor.

The price I was quoted on Booking.com isn’t the price I was charged (it was more) A little hard to find the entrance - the businesses downstairs make you think you’re in the wrong spot
