This is one of the friendliest, customer-focused hotels for this price range. The staff make it clear that they are there to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The rooms are clean, the lobby/lounge inviting, and the pool area is great. I like the location being right off I-10. The rooms are quiet, especially considering the noise from I-10. This was my second stay, and I plan to stay here again on my next visit to Baton Rouge.

So close to the highway that you hear it all day and night when sleeping on that side of the hotel. They provide earplugs but I would miss my alarms if I used those.

The location was great, quiet,safe, and close to everything. Bed were comfortable,room was clean, air worked great. The staff were all very friendly, Brittany Coons was very helpful in getting some items to us that we left, she walked us through how to pay for shipping and made sure to get the package shipped out, she is a positive for this business

Great location, friendly and welcoming staff, cleanliness, room comfort, and a good selection of quick food availability at their little front desk market.

Breakfast was pricey. I was disappointed to find it was not included in the room rate. Only thing free was coffee. I would have preferred a free continental breakfast with fruit, yogurt and a bread over a pricey custom ordered hot meal prepared in the lobby.

Very easy and good location. Short drive from many amenities. Room comfortable, and wifi was really good. Coffee provided in room was excellent. Staff really friendly and was great in providing advice on different things to do and see in the area.

Everything THE front desk clerk were AWESOME. The bed were very comfortable.

I wish I were have stay two night instead of one we did not get a chance to go swimming. Maybe you all should have micro wave in the room but it's was no problem going on the second floor to use the microwave. It was a pleasure to sit outside your room. We were by the swimming pool. Lots of Resaueant around the area.

The staff were friendly and helpful, the bartender was funny and the front desk staff were great and had the extra towels delivered with no problem.

There was nothing not to like, everything was great including being so close to great food.

Despite the interstate noise level, accommodations were made and expectations met for this clean, convenient, comfortable hotel. Recently carpeted. Smelled clean. Great staff. Will come again.

I very much enjoy staying at any courtyard or Marriott associated facility. Staff is very friendly very respectful and place is always clean.

The staff at reception seemed like they didn’t like I needed to pay cash because I lost my card, they don’t take Apple Pay so I needed to go get cash from my bank, $500 besides the price for the deposit, I had no problem but their actitud was no likeable to that 🤷🏻‍♂️ who knows why
