I ABSOLUTELY LOVED THE STAFF. WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK RO VISIT AGAIN. THIS WILL BE MY GO TO SPOT. Kitchenette WAS VERY CLEAN . EVERYTHING SMELLED GREAT. AND SHEETS NICE NEAT AND VERY WELL TUCKED. CRISP. THE MANAGER WAS A VERY NICE LADY WHO WORKS DAY SHIFT.. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE SHOTS OUT FOR TO HER AND HER FABULOUS TEAM!!! I MEAN .....IM SERIOUS THIS WAS 5 STAR STELLAR Mannerism AND HOSPITALITY. I EVEN BOUGHT THEM LUNCH @IZZOZ MEXICAN GRILL OUT FRONT, WAS SP BLOWN AWAY. very old needs Total remodeling minimal staff is rude and have attitudes. don’t want to help attitude from desk people if you can find them is bad attitudes that don’t like there shins and definitely don’t want to be bothered by customers cause that means the employee has to do something and they resent that. They do not even have restrooms in the lobby or anything for public usage. Only bathrooms are in the rooms so if you’ve been driving for 5 hours and need to go straight to the bathroom upon arrival - Good Luck. they should be shut down just for that reason alone.

Excellent staff

Some rooms had its nicks like door won’t shut all the way unless you force it I think that was room 203 and one room the tv didn’t work n a lot of bathrooms don’t have the inside divider on the shower curtain. All small stuff to me but could be checked out

How they call me to let me know there was a problem

That someone was thinking my kids was running and makeing noise and the hole time they was not they was walking on the floor And the walls are very thin What after the fact that someone reported noise comeing from my room Someone began beating on the walls Is in another room

Staff was excellent and helpful

That my room key was so sensitive that I had to reprogram it about once a day.

It was great and pleasant. The room was clean

It had the scent of seafood which could have been coming from another room, during the walk through the little hall all I smelled was fresh scents until I got closer to my room.

The beds are comfortable, the a/c blows cold and the location was very quiet.

The covers were not thick enough.

Great locations. Walking distance from my work and tha movies and many nice restaurants

The front desk clerk Maurice was excellent.

I have no complaints.
