The staff was outstanding! Melvin at registration and Sia in the bistro were very helpful, and you felt like you were talking with people you've known forever. Alex in valet was a total riot and matched my husband's sense of humor.

The small parking valet got congested, not much room to pull in. The water pressure was bad. Laundry on 2nd floor didn't work. Quarters wouldn't feed into machine.

I liked that you could walk to a lot of the near by places. The morning valet gentleman was the best and very friendly ( why he got a tip ).

The surrounding location was not the greatest. No free parking for hotel guest so that was an added charge. Nothing close for the kids to do and couldn’t go out at night due to the homeless people harassing you.

The hotel is well located. The property felt safe and clean. The room was quiet, but I could hear the other rooms doors opening/closing. The gym was good, well ventilated and with a good selection of weights. I had a "breakfast included" option and received a lovely breakfast every morning from the café on the ground floor. Some staff members were very good.

I had an air conditioner problem that was fixed only on the third night of the stay. The pillows were super tall and hard, but when I asked for a replacement, they did not provide any. The cleaning staff was a bit lacked: they did not clean the room on the first night, the towels were taken but not replaced.

That l had to wait so long to check in The employee was very nice he just was doing too much by himself answering the phone helping the customer on the computer while we sit there and wait and listen to his whole conversation with helping a lady with the room I feel like they should have a second person or someone else that can help him because he was short-handed

Staff was friendly & helpful, especially the valet attendant. Gave excellent recommendations of sites to go see & visit in the city. Location was great for me, right around the corner from the Raising Cane Center.

It’s my favorite hotel in downtown Baton Rouge. I always choose a room with a balcony. The staff are always ready to help and greet you as you are getting out your vehicle. The valet service are always on top of their game!!!!

For some reason phone would drop the wifi when I walked onto the balcony. And in my room on the 8th floor wasn’t very strong, but that wasn’t important to me.

The hotel was in a great location and had a Starbucks inside of it! The room was very clean. The staff was very friendly. I was in Baton Rouge for an LSU game, and it was a great place to stay!

Great location that was near to our event. Enjoyed that there was so much to do near this location. The staff is excellent and kindly takes care of matters.

There was not enough towels or wash clothes for our stay. Coffee station was not adequate. Left out cups.

Hotel is great, as expected big, super comfortable room. Staff are pro. Lobby is great you can hang out and watch sports on the big screen. It is kind of a fun vibe. My price was very good on the weekend.

The location, downtown is not great. Unless you have a specific reason for staying downtown - there was very little going on during a weekend. It is just mainly a commercial area. Almost all restaurants in the area are closed sunday...and a lot was closed on Monday. The few restaurants around the hotel did not impress me, I tried them all.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Requests were fulfilled! Loved my stay, I will return and recommend to family and friends.

Shower water could be more warm/hotter. Non alcoholic beverages could be cheaper.
