The location was great and was in close proximity to everywhere we were going or needed to go. The room was clean and spacious. I didn't have the breakfast, but my family did, and they said it was very good. Can't forget the GREAT cost! The front desk personnel was very friendly as well.

There wasn't anything that I didn't like, honestly! The only thing I could say is that I'm used to staying at hotels that have complimentary toiletries upon request (razor, toothbrush, etc)for those who happen to forget something, and they didn't have that. The beds were very comfortable for my family, but I have a bad back, and it wasn't firm enough for me.

The rooms were very clean and the staff was helpful when checking in and getting snacks/drinks from the lobby.

The pool did not look like it had been cleaned in months. It was a gross green color and they also had no chairs anywhere to sit down at the pool. The key cards to get into the room would work occasionally and would have to go back down to the front desk to get a new one.

I like that I was only 10 mins away from LSU; so I was able to get my son back in forth with ease. From checking in to checking out.. The staff was great and friendly. I did not have to tell the staff I needed housekeeping, they knew that. My last hotel.. I had to tell them -_-… One day I didn’t want it, just fresh towels but I had valuable things scattered (wash clothes) and I told the new guy.. he was like no worries, put your towels out and you will have fresh towels after the game! I told that young man to never change. Customer Service is lacking everywhere and we need more people like him and this staff. Loved the cook and the breakfast.. for the price, you can’t beat it. Booking may not have them listed as 5 stars but my son and I were treated like 5 stars.

Our king bed was extremely comfortable and our air blew cold. Room was clean. The gentleman cleaning the rooms was extremely nice.

If I have to give a negative, the man checking us in wasn't the friendliest, but maybe he was having a bad day.

The staff is very friendly, if there’s anything going on with the room I let front desk know and it is immediately taken care of. I don’t know the man that always checks me in but he works evening shift and he is really nice and tends to the needs of the rooms!

The lady that checked us in was exceptional!!! All employees were great.

The beds were supposed to be queen but we're double size so for my husband and I it wasn't very comfortable

Nice big room with sofa and ottomans, nice TV. Room was clean,bath had ample supplies. Beds were comfy.

Those darn low toilets! Shower water pressure was low.
