The first room the door was damaged m, but they switched my room no problem, but it is Hard to get towels

It was close to the highway that we were traveling on.

We got lost looking for it. The receptionist did not know where the place was so she could give us information on where we needed to go. All we had to do was go South for I-10, not North like we did. No breakfast. No cups in the room.

The location was convenient. The price was reasonable.

The staff was not helpful or very nice. The lobby smelled like Marijuana. The room smelled like mildew. The towels were rough. The carpet was dirty and smelly.

You get what you pay for but it was a bargain. It was LSU Tigers weekend and we would have paid for a better hotel but this was the only one available. The staff were lovely. The pool area looked nice but we didn’t use.

Two of the four lights didn’t work. The curtain was hanging off the rail. The toilet flusher was broken so to flush we had to stick our hand in the cistern and flush it manually (yuck). The pillows were actually disgusting, lumpy balls that didn’t fit in the pillow case and the sheets and blanket had holes in them and were stained. It felt like we were in a bad movie.

The front desk person and the maintenance man was very polite.

Had to wait for a room and when I did get a room I had to wait 2 hrs just to get inside the room until they finally switched the room. The washer flooded and didn’t drain so I had to rewash my clothes. The whole stay was a terrible inconvenience

Nothing! I didn’t even check in. I just asked for a refund! I stayed at the motel 6 just to the west of this place last year. At that time all the mattresses were removed because of bedbugs. I personally saw all the mattresses out on the concrete either being sprayed or disposed of. I can’t say which was the end result.

They claimed on booking.com to be an OYO franchise hotel. That is a lie. They may have been at some point but they are not now. They have refused to refund my money and won’t answer the phone even when booking.com representatives call to resolve the matter. Don’t waste your money here!

This place was a totally scam in every single aspect. For some reason booking has an issue with the fake reviews because this place has a high rating and we figured most of the comments were false reviews. This is something very usual but never happened before with booking app. The staff was completely rude and disrespectful from the very beginning. I arrived super late and the front desk lady was talking with a friend and kept me waiting for 10 minutes there. The room was dirty, white wet stains on the carpet, blood in the front door, a hole in the bathroom door, furniture and sheets burned with cigarette, paid extra for a non smoking room and the room was so smelly I couldn’t even breathe, the bed was not maid properly, of course we didn’t stay. When we reported this to the front desk lady she refused to believe us, got so upset I felt unsafe, and said in a really rude and aggressive way she will make the refund. I trusted and wait for 2 weeks. But obviously I never got the refund, I’ve called them around 15 times and no one answered. I’ve called booking as well and they “fixed the issue” by calling the property and leaving them a message (the same that I did). Still waiting after 3 weeks now not only for the refund but for an answer from either booking or this scam motel. Spend $10 extra and go to the one at the front. It’s been one of my most traumatic experiences in a hotel, the blood in the door? I should have called the police, the scene was just hectic. Inside one of the rooms there was a guy with the door opened smoking weed and yelling. A complete jungle

Location

Paint peeling falling from the roof, facet was broken, mold and mildew on walls and door in bathroom, whole bathroom covered with mold and mildew, didn’t take a shower just slept and left. Clothing rack barely hanging on the wall.
