Staff are always very helpful and nice. Building is quiet and rooms are comfortable. Movie channels are available and free WiFi. Pet friendly room. Hot water forever. Close to a few restaurants and gas stations. Easy access to highway. Weekly rates are very reasonable.

Nothing really too uncomfortable but maybe stronger water pressure. I really do not like the microwave because of condensation in it. That’s probably my biggest complaint. Also the fan in the bathroom is very loud. We had a small issue with fungus gnats that come and go, but this place is much better than most others over here.

The bathroom mirror has a middle place that does not fog up! First time i saw it, it was shocking but after the shock, its the greatest thing i have ever seen!! So dont be alarmed when you see it.. its supposed to do that.. This is one of the best hotels on this side of the river. The staff was amazing. I was always greeted, whether i was leaving or coming in. The ladies behind the counter are just amazing. The housekeeping staff was very kind of giving privacy and when i needed new items I could just set them out the door and it was taken care of by the time i got back. The rooms come with a kitchenette and some pots/pans, dishes, silverware and a few things that are useful. If i need to stay for an extended amount of time, this is the place i will return to.

Sometime the washers and dryers are down. More often than not, but there are plenty of places nearby to do personal laundry. That is the only thing about this place. But the staff would make sure to put notices when they were not in working order.

There was no breakfast. It was an extended stay. Had a small kitchenette which we liked having.

The bathtub leaked water around the bottom onto the floor. I didn't like that I had to pay a fee on each pet, especially when one of the pets only weighs 2 lbs. The fee according to the website said per room, per night, not per pet, per night.

The whole strip of hotels in this area leaving can be a hassle sometimes depending on the time of day as the exit road also has traffic exiting from the interstate. Nothing wrong with the hotel necessarily.

I liked the location. It was within walking distance to a few food spots and the gas station. I also like the room setup. It was a mini suite or studio apartment.

I don't remember if breakfast was offered as an option. The carpet in the hallway was very dirty and smelled sour.

The is at a great location close to I-10. The room and common areas are very clean. There was a kitchenette in the room which is nice if you want to prepare your own meal. The staff is very friendly and I felt safe in my room. The room rates were among the cheapest in the area.

The only negative is there were no disposable glasses and cups. There were washable glasses and cups in the room.

Excellent facility. Mrs V at the front desk is Awesome. Housekeepers worked with on my scheduled cleanings (worked nights)Will Definitely Stay again when I’m there for work.

Location was great! Staff was friendly and hospitable. Room had everything needed for my stay. Wifi was fast and reliable. Pet friendly ☺️ the pictures were exact of what I reserved.

Did not have Do not disturb sign in room. But staff was polite and knocking lightly for room cleaning.

The staff was nice . If I had a problem or needed anything , an employee came to fix the problem . The hotel isn’t expensive , it’s decent inside and clean . I’d definitely recommend the hotel to anyone .
